I talked to them over the phone and they were unable to tell me why this happened and, after their analysis, they told me that I was not eligible for a refund. I asked to be directed to the department In charge of the analysis, but I was told that they don’t take customer calls.
Even though I called Tickets Center 3 times, they seemed very uninterested to help with my situation. They simply did not care and I lost $185 for one ticket. I will never purchase tickets with them again."
"I Google, my sons university in this website came up top in the Google search with no identification that it was a ticket reseller. I was immediately brought to a webpage with my sons University banner across the top and the game dates listed below. Again, no warning that this is a ticket reseller. I went through the buying process of the tickets without being notified. It was a ticket reseller. I was not tipped off That this was a reseller until I attempted to buy parking tickets. There were no parking tickets available, which was the first time I questioned the legitimacy of this website. I then found out the horrible news that this was a ticket reseller and I could not complete my order including parking tickets. Within minutes I called them to attempt to cancel my order and was told even though legally in this country everyone has 48 hours to get out of any contract I had no legal recourse! Please do not get caught in this scam. "

"Ordered tickets in December 2022 for a concert on March 9th 2023 was to get tickets by email. Didn't receive tickets called in so they changed email to deliver tickets to. Never received tickets! Got an email that ticket transfer was cancelled on March 2nd 2023. Had to purchase tickets from another source to go to concert. Even though they cancelled tickets they are keeping my money for tickets they did not provide saying they have proof they were sent regardless we never received tickets. Have proof where they cancelled yet they are gonna keep my money for something they did not provide. So they are basically stealing my money on a service they did not provide. They are keeping $441.00 for 2 tickets that we did not receive and I call it a scam or theft. I sat on phone with them troubleshooting emails to find tickets twice and did not find them and they cancelled transfer. All I want is my money back for something I paid for and didn't receive. "
"Ticket prices are quoted in USD and sold at prices which are the same or higher (in CAD) as stated on TicketMaster. Company “policies” lock buyers into ridiculous, overpriced transactions. They call themselves a “market place” but won’t facilitate sales from concert-goers, only bot-buying scam machines. Should be 100% illegal. "
"One of their websites is designed to mimic the Paramount Theater to trick you into buying from them. They charge DOUBLE for the ticket, you can’t cancel for any reason and they promise to send the tickets the day before the event! Complete ripoff outfit. "

"Some how ended up on their site. Bought tickets then called venue and found out I didn’t buy from the venue. I paid 3x the price. I called these people and they said they understand and yes sometimes they are mistaken but couldn’t help. I explained my daughter is in the show so I needed to go through the venue to get our seats together. They don’t care. Even though it all happened in a short time they basically took my money and said F U. They ****!!! I never write bad reviews ever but this really was terrible. I feel scammed and many others do to. They said I could try and sell the tickets and make money on them. What?!"
