"It too me nearly two weeks, a number of automated chats, passed around to multiple phone numbers after I had already purchased concert tickets to try and add premium parking pass to my purchase - which at the time was $30 - by the time I finally go through to a real human and was able to buy the parking pass, it was now $104 ! $66 for parking and the rest in fees. I understand this is a service for handling tickets but these sort of mark ups on top of horrible customer service is obscene.

I also accidentally got disconnected with the previous operator and the price of the ticket then was 49.99 for VIP when I called right back and tried to explain that we got disconnected this is what I got! I ended up paying $25 more dollars "

I landed on Tickets-Center due to their paid google search work and thought their price was what was being charged. I paid $465 for two tickets that were plentiful and still available. OVER 3X the actual cost of the tickets. This is highway robbery. They told me this was due to supply and demand, but there were MANY ticket still available at the right price by legitimate sellers. Liars. Thieves. I can't tell you how horrible this company is. They would not refund my money. "

"I purchased tickets online with them several months ago and as of yet have not received them. The event is less than a week away. I have attempted to contact them for at least three months to secure these tickets via e-mail (always kicked back as undeliverable) and by telephone. Via telephone they are very insulated from having to talk with the public and rely on an endless computer redirection to deflect questions. At best the computer will acknowledge that there is an order associated with my telephone number and that my order will arrive "soon". I do not have my order number, nor can I get anyone to verify the e-mail address used when I placed an order in case I gave the wrong e-mail address. I have guests coming in from a great distance to attend the concert I purchased tickets for, and I cannot be assured I will have the tickets sent to my e-mail or telephone number. Does anyone have a backdoor number or some way to get an actual human at Tickets-Center?"
