"I've been planning and hoping to be able to afford to take my son to see Metallica in the Snake Pit for years. It was really important to me that I made this happen and I made sure my account balance could support the hefty ticket price before ordering. I tried and tried but it would NOT work! Joan sat with me on the phone as we tried calling my bank (to remove limits after business hours). She gave me 3 different numbers to try and kept me from losing my mind! Finally we figured out a plan and at least got 1/2 tickets. The issue was 100% my bank and my not ever having spent that much before to know I had a limit. Joan spent almost 45 minutes with me and never ever caused my frustrations to do anything but lower. Tomorrow I will drive up to my bank and wait for them to update my limit amount so I can get MY ticket!
I am a psychologist. I work with people who are in crisis all day every day. When I called Ticket Master, I was in crisis! It sounds silly but it's true. Last time I saw Metallica was with my sister when we moved from the 1990's to... this. My sister passed away but she left the love for Metallica which grew in my son. He has never seen them- Motley Crue and KISS was the first concert I took him to when he was 9. Now, because of Joan's help and patience with me, I can bring my son his dinner up to work- AND the confirmation of Snake Pit Tix!!! OMG!!!!!"

"I ordered two tickets to a Round Rock Express game for Friday, March 31st at 7:05pm. At 5pm I received an email saying the game was cancelled and would be rescheduled. Being Friday afternoon, I left my office and told my wife the game was cancelled. We made other plans. I was in traffic for 1 hour. I get home tonight and see an email that came in at 5:15pm saying ….oh… the game isn’t cancelled. I had left my office and was in traffic… not checking my email. The tickets were $172…. Customer service tells me… I’m sorry, even though we sent a miscommunication we can’t issue tickets to another game or refund your money. This is wrong on every level. Absolutely terrible customer service and they couldn’t care less. I will be escalating to the Round Rock Express office and will publish this in every place I can find to warn everyone about their horrible customer service. Beware using this website to buy any event tickets!!!!!"

"In November 2022 made Lion King reservations at Hollywood Pantages Theater for 3/25/23 show. Received email with "confirmation" number but no "tickets", and was told tickets would be emailed prior to show. It never happened despite our frantic non-stop calls, emails and online chats, in the 3 days leading up to the show. Same evasive lies delivered by various 3rd world call-center crooks. We decided to pack up our kids and drive 90 minutes to the theater, where Pantages staff confirmed the seats we had been assigned were under someone else's name and had been used. Heartbreak all around."
