"I ordered tickets to Seinfeld for his December show in NYC Beacon Center. I received the tickets on 11/18/22 in Alabama. The tickets had the date 3/13/2020 on them. I called to find out it was for a make up show but on 11/18/22! I called asked for exchange to the December show. "Policy" says all sales are final since I am a "secondary market". They wouldn't budge. I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone else because the rep was "trained to handle the call". I am just out $2800. Pitiful to use "policy" in this situation."
"They appear to be the venue online but are not. We placed the order, received no confirmation. Then we realized the were not the venue. We attempted to cancel the order one day after placing it and they refused. We bought tickets from the vendor and will be proceeding with a charge back if we are charged. "

"If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked it. I never received my uga tickets until after the game started even though I bought months in advance. They refused to give me a refund! The keep saying they sent me the tickets in sept even though I never received them. After reaching out multiple times prior to the game, after the even started and I asked for my refund they then sent me tickets.

"Tickets-Center.com operates as an online organized ticket scalper reselling tickets at 2-4x fair market value. Their business practice walks a very thin legal line in order to lure customers into purchasing a event tickets which are readily available much cheaper from the original vendor. I paid for my ballet tickets for four people over $400 for not very good seats but on the official ballet website they only cost $120 for everything. "

"Tickets are available on Ticket Master for $38 however on their website they are selling them for $118 plus a $33 processing fee. Called to cancel 5 minutes after falling for this scam and told no refunds would be issued. Disputing it with PayPal now. Not sure how these scammers are allowed to operate. Avoid at all cost. Don't fall for their scam. "
"I ordered tickets that were never delivered on the scheduled date. I called twice and was told that the reseller team had no updates. They weren't able to provide details on replacement tickets. I would only know 2 hours before the event if the seller had them and at that time I could get new seats but they may be a downgrade. John in customer service was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your money on this company. "
"Someone needs to do something about this "company"! IT is a total SCAM. I bought the tickets and immediately called customer service to cancel, which took me several minutes of recordings and a fake chat that I was sent to online, before I got a very unprofessional, sarcastic employee from the Philippines ("Bernard"). They tell you there is no way to cancel your order after only 5 minutes of it being submitted. They talk as if the money is already out of their hands and your only recourse is to try to resell the tickets and scam someone else. Clearly, they are reading from a script that basically says "You've been scammed, but here is how you can prevent being scammed again". He was so disrespectful and raised his voice when I got more upset. I then sent an email and got the very same, scripted, response. The credit card company said they can't do anything either. Still have no seat assignment. Goodbye $300 right at the start of the Holiday season."
