"I unfortunately bought tickets from this site and didn't realize it was a "re-sale" site. I called within 24hrs and the customer representative was rude and hung up on me. The problem was that they charged over $358 service charge AND a delivery fee on 6 tickets to the ballet. The website at time of purchase stated that the tickets would be emailed however after the purchase was made they sent an email that stated I would not get "notification" of where to "obtain" my tickets until 3 months later; 3 days before the event? It was not written at time of purchase that if you bought more than 4 tickets that the seats "may not be together". I am planning on bringing 4 small children to this ballet and NOT sitting together is NOT an option. There was no supervisor or manager that would speak to me when I called within 24hrs. I was told it was already a confirmed sale even though my credit card company still had it listed as "pending". I know some of this is my fault for not reading the 10+ pages of terms and conditions however I found the company behaved like a scam and fraudulent company; definitely not a legitimate company. This was overall a terrible experience. "
"So I was happy with agent and service and due to this I give the rating 5 stars. I requested total price under $250 in the club level. He was able to find tickets for $69 and total was about $264 with a $10 discount he had. But when I got off the phone I found the same exact ticket on ticket center (same company I called) for $59. Exact section and row. Which was very upsetting because total with fees was $232. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase on my own. I called and unfortunately they were not able to do anything about it. So, I’m upset I paid too much through customer service than if I had done it myself through my phone. But since the representative didn’t know this, I gave 5 stars because he still provided a friendly service. "
"The 1-star rating is only because there is no zero-star option. We ordered from Tickets-Center.com not realizing it was a scalping site, as it was the 2nd or 3rd item on our Google results screen (thanks to SEO?). Paid twice the box office price. The real problem was that within minutes of ordering we received TWO phishing text messages, which could have come only through interacting with the company's website. Needless to say, they offered no acknowledgment or refund. But we must wonder if our credit card account is compromised because of this company."

I purchased tickets from Tickets-Center.com not knowing my wife had already purchased them from TicketMaster. Less than one hour later when I found out my wife had purchased them and they were $84.00 less PER TICKET ($50.00 vs $134.00 that's 168% less than what I paid based on the exact same section and row. NOT ONLY that, they charged an additional $100.00+ for service fees and online ticket transfer fees per ticket. I called Tickets-Center.com to cancel the ones I purchased (NO WHERE DID IT SAY ALL SALES FINAL) and they would not refund my purchase."
"We were told that Ticket Master had completely sold out of the Lion King Tickets. We were transferred to an independent reseller (Vineet Natt). The ticket purchase price for my husband and I was $190.00 in the upper balcony. The family next to us paid $40.00 per ticket for each member of their family. The location, acoustic, and ability to see the faces of the performers were diminished. The performers faces were indistinguishable.
The show itself was "great", but our experience with the ticket purchase and physical enjoyment at The Civic Center was less than stellar. I honestly think with technological advancement: better acoustics and large screens in the upper balcony area would enhance performances."

I then bought a ticket for $300. After the purchase I realized I was not on the correct site and went to the Metropolitan Opera site...the ticket I got from Tickets-center had a value of $110!
There were many tickets available there...so there was no shortage of tickets.
Tickets-center.com sold the ticket to me with a 200% profit!
Will never use this site again and learned my lesson to be more careful!"

Come to find out the tickets that I paid over $1300 for have a face value of $99 each. I called their customer service and they were not helpful. This company is a complete scam and I will never use them again. "
"I went to buy tickets for a concert that I thought was a direct purchase through the venue box office or something similar. I searched for the best 2 tickets available that I thought I could afford and then purchased them for $293 but was very hesitant to finalize the purchase due to the price. When I went to look at the venue again I found that I could have purchased 2 tickets that were 12 rows closer in the same section for half the price thru Ticketmaster directly. "

"Order placed at 9am, and confirmed and then at 9:30 it was automatically cancelled without explanation over 45 min of being on hold and transferred to various departments without being given clarity as to why it was canceled. Then had to reorder the tickets and still the money has not been reimbursed for the original. This has got to be the most incompetent process I have ever experienced and has been a colossal frustrating experience and it is an event that utilizes this ticket service in the future

"Purchased (2) Concert Tickets from Tickets-Center.com, ( $295.50) but NEVER did receive the Tickets. I googled Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis, MO for Concert ticks a month before the Concert. The only confirmation I received was one email stating I would receive another email detailing my Purchase Confirmation and explaining when I would actually receive the E-Tickets. Several days before the concert, I called the company's (800) number only to be sent to a Call Center in the Philippines. ( 5 Calls Total).
Each time a woman would promise me I'd receive the tickets by email hours before the concert. They NEVER sent the email or Tickets.
They just kept the Money and Lied to me. I missed a great concert and was ripped off for ($$'s).

"I made two attempts to purchase tickets and both orders were canceled. One attempt was online and the second attempt was over the phone with sales representative Ronald. Years ago I challenged through the credit card company to get a refund of two tickets and eventually I could not get the refund. I lost the money and moved on. However, now whenever I try to purchase tickets I am told that anyone that challenged the payment of tickets in the past cannot purchase future tickets. I understand your terms and use policy. However, can this issue be resolved?"
