"Dodgers are now offering refunds for games through April. Stated this to Tickets-Center multiple times. Can’t get a live rep and just keep going through a loop. Live chat is useless. Same generic answer stating the game is “postponed”. Holding our money hostage is a crime. Will be contacting my bank and maybe even a lawyer."

"Purchased 3 tickets to Lion King for $597.95 on 12/10/19, rec'd email from them on 3/24/20 saying a refund would be issued in 2 - 4 weeks. It's May 1 and still no sign of a refund or any additional emails from company. You can't get a live agent on the phone, you have to use what they refer to as LIVE CHAT provide the order number an other information and they can't seem to find your order. Or claim it isn't them. Which is a bunch of crap as I am reading their email back to them. There should be a negative number instead of giving them any stars. Expense way to learn a lesson from this company!!!!!! I waited patiently and called and called in April after 5 weeks and was told by the girl she had no explanation as to why refund had been delayed. "Can not get through to a customer service representative for a refund question. The call tree just keeps repeating itself. Got through via live chat and was told they are not sure when refunds will be going out due to COVID. I understand they may be delayed but there should be some form of time frame; all other reputable ticket websites are giving refunds within 30 days of cancellation; it has been 40 days and I still cannot get an answer of when to expect my refund.
When I asked for a supervisor to call me to discuss, I was told supervisors cannot call customers and either way the answer would be the same; unknown when refunds will be sent.
This site has terrible customer service qualities and I will not be spending my money hear going forward. "
