First purchase

"I was looking to purchase 2 tickets for a Cubs game and found this website to be accurate and quick in identifying available tickets. The purchase was able to be completed within the transaction time limits, the post transaction communication was reassuring, and the ticket transfer was immediate upon completing the transaction in the email. All in all a very good experience. "

"I was skeptical about buying tickets from this site at first, like I am with any website I’ve never used before. I bought ELO tickets for October 2024 and was worried it was a scam. I sent an email to the company on how I would receive my tickets, and they instantly replied back explaining how the process works. A couple days later, I had my tickets emailed to me, I pulled them up on ticketmaster and now I’m ready to go! I will definitely purchase through tickets center again "

Bad customer service!!

"I called to get ( 3 ) tickets and when i checked my email there was only (2)!!!! Im so very disappointed in my experience its Pathetic! Now i can't sit with my younger children and have a good experience. Instead you guys messed that up at a high level!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Im very unhappy and would like a refund from this bad experience!!!"

AWFUL!

"If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst company ever. They over sold tickets to the Rodeo in Houston and now will not give me a refund. They told me because I left the event I am denied a refund. They oversold the tickets so I had no choice but to leave. "

BUYER BEWARE THESE TICKETS CANNOT BE SOLD IF YOU CANNOT USE THEM

"I paid way over market price for two tickets to see the Yankees play a spring training game. I later learned I would not be able to travel to Florida for the game. Knowing they don;t do refunds, I simply needed to list the tickets on a ticket marketplace (StubHub) and recoup what I could by selling the tickets. Well not so fast. The tickets these crooks sell are set up with no barcodes that can be entered into StubHub or elsewhere, so you are basically stuck with an asset that is supposed to be transferable, but is not. You can't re-sell these tickets (even at a loss) because Tickets-Center refuses to give you the actual barcode numbers. So you are stuck with the tickets. Event tickets are supposed to be a transferable asset. But making them this way (non-transferrable), they are no longer of value.

I asked Tickets-Center how I can add the barcode numbers on Stubhub and they told me I had to ask StubHub. Stub told me Tickets-Center needs to provide me with the barcode numbers of the tickets I bought. Tickets-Center refused and also refused to give me a refund. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SHAM OUTFIT. THEY ROB YOU ON THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE TICKET AND WHAT THEY GIVE YOU IS NOT AN ACTUAL TICKET THAT YOU ARE FREE TO SELL IF NEED BE.

Confusing at best

"Poor experience all together. Two days before the event and still no tickets. "You might need to create an account with the email address used to place your order".
Why would I need to create an account when I created an account to purchase the tickets?

They are not reaching out to me, I have been contacting them. OVERPRICED tickets for ZERO service or assistance.

Quick Service/Read carefully

"It was my fault that I did not pay attention. The tickets ARE, in fact much higher than going directly to the venue.
Read closely, which I did not.

Having said this, once I accepted my failure to do my due diligence, the tickets via Ticketmaster (great speed and attention to detail) are now on my phone. I will enjoy the show and am a much wiser consumer.
