"My wife inadvertently landed on this site and proceeded to purchase 4 tickets to a show. It appears to us that the "seller" or the "reseller" of these tickets did not yet even own the tickets they were selling, so how that is legally allowed I do not know. But bottom line is we paid 3x what these tickets were worth and could have been bought for at a legitimate site! Once our order was confirmed, again, not sure how you can confirm the sale of something you don't yet own, but, once our order was confirm (literally within minutes of our order they had already pulled the funds from our credit card company, so I guess THAT confirms the sale right there!) there is absolutely 100% no way to cancel your order and/or get any type of refund, we even went thru our State's Consumer Protection Department and they were unable to get a refund. This company should be ashamed of themselves, making it "legal" for people to scam other folks. Personally I would not buy any tickets from this site ever again, even if they were the last place on earth selling event tickets! Buyer beward!"
"Bought a parking pass for an event and it took over 20 min to receive confirmation. ? It didn’t just send the parking code needed to get in the garage. We needed up buying pass at gate.
Called to get a refund and they said no and wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor?

Refused to refund my tickets within an hour of the purchase. Made it seem like tickets were scarce, but there were plenty available from the venue’s real site. Exorbitant service fees! No refunds. Ticket-center are liars and thieves!"
"Total disaster working with company. I asked if this the only place you buy tickets for MLB spring training. They said yes. I asked if I could cancel tickets that were duplicated in system, she said yes. I found out I couldn’t . I wanted to talk to a supervisor, I was refused. This was a total disaster "
"I ordered tickets but without notice the concert was cancelled. I am now told I cannot get a refund because it was not cancelled, it was "rescheduled" for 10 months later. Having already traveled 300 miles and spent a night in a hotel to see this concert, how foolish would I be to do it again almost a year later. "The original ticket holder voided the tickets by reselling them but Tickets-Center had failed to provide a refund of the original purchase to-date, over one month since purchase. They must not check to see if the tickets they are reselling can be resold and when confronted with the issue, apparently, hope you will give up trying to get a refund.
Therefore save your documents, emails, text messages, voice mails, in case you need them later.
As of yesterday Tickets-Center did refund my purchase after I sent them a voice mail they left and my responses to their text messages showing that they did not try to replace my tickets in time for the performance, which they claimed they did via an email, the phone call and text message were sent 47 minutes before the event.
I do want to add that they emailed today that they would refund my original purchase and included a $400 credit toward new purchases as consolation for the trouble. That was a very nice gesture, but I will not be using them again; way too bad of an experience."
"Any positive review are the ppl Tickets-Center pay to write them. They are not honest and the reality is they are overcharging for profit. Called customer service which was unhelpful as they read a scrip and provide no solutions. Tickets-Center price gauge customers. Buy your tickets elsewhere and stay away from Tickets-Center. They absolutely should be investigated by every state's Attorney General Office. "

"Tickets-center.com lied about the tickets I purchased for a show. They state the tickets were purchased by a consumer and the consumer is selling them through their site. The tickets are listed $140 over retail value. I called the venue to confirm my tickets and they stated the tickers were purchased this morning by Tickets-center.com for retail value of $60 and my name was added to the ticket at that time.
In conclusion I was charged $140 for Tickets-center.com to make a phone call and purchase the tickets.
plus $15 per ticket for "special delivery" which is pickup at will call."

The tickets were double the price on the events website. "Company imitates Ticketmaster beware on cell phone if you are purchasing--tickets appear limited and for a high price (similar to Ticketmaster when a true sell-out) but the are neither; lofty fees are placed at the end of purchase about 33% of high ticket cost in small gray font at the final screen. I purchased, immediately realized my error and sent them a message but they told me it was too late. Third party scam company beware. I will be much more careful in the future."
