Frustrated

"I purchased tickets in June for a John Mayer concert on November 5th. I received an email telling me tickets would be available November 3rd. On November 3rd i called Ticket master (as I was instructed the tickets would be transferred to my Ticket master account they informed me I would receive and email 48 hours in advance with my ticket info. When i did not receive an email I chatted with a rep at ticket center who instructed me to download AXS app then the seat geek app. They then advices that they needed a different email address to transfer tickets again. The morning of the concert after no info was received i call ticket center and was told the transfer was under way. 2 hours before the concert I chatted with a rep who told me that the tickets could not be transferred to the new email address. Then instructed me to again create profiles in ticket master and seat geek for the other email address. So now I have duplicate profiles on multiple sites but no tickets. We bought new tickets and have not resolved the issue with Ticket center. Horrible customer service. Horrible crooks an expensive lesson for me."

Stole my money

"I purchased 5 tickets to watch a baseball game at Citi Field, Mets stadium for the amount of $332.00 per ticket. Adding up to the amount of $1,660. My selected seats were in the first row and ended up receiving third row seats for the price of $125.00 each, basically i paid for the high end seats and got the low end value, after trying to contact the Mets customer service and the third party Tickets-Center.com all they say is they are unable to cancel the order or receive the difference in ticket value. I see this as a robbery due to the fact that there is a difference in value of $1,035. Not sure why companies like this are still able to steal from people and operate like normal. "

Traumatic experience at concert last night

"Last night I went to the Guns and Roses concert at the Hollywood Bowl. I had a nightmare of a time. A traumatic experience caused by the ticket reseller.
I called today, spoke them again for an hour on the phone. And you know what they did, they hung up on me? Disconnected the phone call, so now it's been hours spent on the phone all for nothing. No resolution just time wasted. Horrible situation. I don't know what to do at this point.

Happy concertgoer

"I purchased tickets online to see a concert. A few days before the show I had not received the tickets. So I contacted the website. They very quickly resolved my issue and sent me the tickets immediately. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional very courteous knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I will use this company again"

Buyer Beware

"Order a front row ticket in august for almost 700.00. Was informed I would receive an electronic ticket the day before the event. My ticket was not received. After spending the entire day tracking the ticket, I was informed there was a problem with my purchase from the Seller. No explanation but I truly believe that my ticket was sold to someone else. This compact is a scam."

Buying tickets as a gift

"The person on the Phone( Romero) was very helpful , answering the questions on how to purchase tickets for the Lion King as a gift explaining how I could buy them and transfer them after I received them via email. The whole process was very easy along the way.
My only concern is that after the purchase I found out that I may not receive the email for the tickets until 2 days before the date of the show as I was planning on giving them a a Christmas gift. Not sure Why it would take over 2 months for me to receive them via email??. I sure hope that somehow that I can get them before the Holidays.

Unsympathetic ticket platform

"I am stuck in Israel because of the war. I have no way out for at least a week. I wrote tickets- center that I cannot make it to performance 10/15 for NYC Ballet.
Answer: that is your problem.
For God’s sake, I am caught in a war and they won’t budge.
NO CREDIT.
A greedy heartless company. I would never have anything to do with them

"I first tried to purchase tickets online but when the page for the billing address came up it was whited out and there was no way to enter anything. Fortunately you have a phone number and Romeo was very helpful and I got my tickets."

Totally positive experience!

"Honestly, at first I was hesitant because I was unfamiliar with the name and even the buying process. I purchased eight tickets and upon showtime received 4. Customer service responded quickly, politely, and assured me of a remedy. He was right, it was close to the day of the event but everything worked out perfectly!

"Initially purchased the tickets on October 6, 2022. Received the tickets. Event was then rescheduled to December 2022. Again, received the updated tickets. I then received an email from the seller telling me that the event had been rescheduled to September 23, 2023 and that I would receive an email with a link to download my new tickets. Called seller to request a refund, and was told I would only be eligible for a refund if event was cancelled, not rescheduled. But the link provided only downloads the December 2022 tickets. I called the vendor and was assured that they had confirmed with the venue that the December 2022 tickets would be honored on September 23rd
I then called to venue to confirm and was told this is not correct. Tickets are not valid. Event scheduled for December 2022 was actually cancelled.
