"I recently bought some tires through Tires Easy. The delivery portion was all fine, but I mistakenly bought the tire coverage I did not want.
I emailed and called to rectify this and eventually someone got back to me and said the coverage was terminated and I would receive a refund within 2-5 business days. A week later still nothing. I emailed and called again. I kept getting put on hold and requested a call back at least 4 times. They eventually called to leave a message that they could not talk to me at this time...why call me back to tell me that?
More emails and calling and no response.
I am in business myself and one of the most important things is dealing responsibly and respectfully with clients what ever the situation, in this area you have failed miserably.
I will never use Tire Easy again and I intend to tell friends and acquaintances of this experience so they don't make the mistake I did!!"
