When I checked out I had to call the company directly to have that warranty refunded later because it’s not clearly indicated that it’s part of your order. I understand the tactic, but not the best for customers with poor eyesight."

"I purchased the tires and had them shipped to a local installer. They were supposed to be installed today, based on the appointment I made online with Tires Easy. When I got to the tire shop, they had no record of my order. They had my tires (Fedex confirmed shipment there), but no appointment. They didn't have time to get me in today, so now I'm waiting to hear from Tires Easy. I'm very frustrated as I took time off work to drive there, only to find out Tires Easy dropped the ball. Hopefully I can still get the tires this week."

"Contacted your company by regular email, your website and twice by phone, just 10 minutes after purchasing two tires, with the purpose of changing delivery address. The first, and later the same, programmed responses to my phone calls stated that were unable to answer the phone at the time. The answer to my email, responded that it will respond in approximately 48 hours. As of to date, three days later, no answer has been received, and the shipment was scheduled and in progress to the address that I wanted to be changed."
