"The check-out process was painful from start to finish. I was unable to save a new address for my billing, as there is only one submit button on the page. It kept selecting between the two addresses I have saved, but never saving my input information. Through and through your check-out screen feels very clunky and antiquated. Your site is in immediate need for an overhaul to UX and UI."

"Hi there, I don't usually give criticism, however I would like to inform you as a user of your webstore that I had a hard time with the checkout process, I didn't notice that I had to click "continue at the bottom" to proceed to pay with a credit card, I thought you only took Visa at first glance.
The other problem I was encountering is that you only provide a billing address, but not billing & shipping. Unfortunately for my scenario, my company card is issued to the bosses house address. Ideally I don't want products for the store being shipped to his home. A billing address field & shipping address field would be great to have.
Finally, the website was slow and unresponsive. I'm not sure who your server host is, but perhaps you could look into this. By slow and unresponsive, I mean that I waited for one page to change over for about 30 seconds. Not a big deal, but not optimized.
