On August 3, 2020, I ordered a small white desk that stated was "in stock", The only reason I ordered from this company is because the desk was in stock and I needed it quickly. I received a confirmation email that they received my order and the charge was instantly on my credit card. Then NOTHING... I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, I tried to call several times, I could not reach a person, I kept getting cut off multiple times when I was called Customer service ***-***-****. I gave up and sent multiple emails to cancel my order since they misled me with the "in stock" upon ordering. On August 21, 2020 I receive an email stating it was a "manufacturer delay in regards to your order, they are currently experiencing delays in their shipment arrivals", for a desk they said they had in stock. I sent several emails cancelling my order with no response. On September 4, 2020, I received an email the desk "is being shipped today via FEDEX". They did provide a FEDEX tracking number to be delivered "Scheduled delivery 9/06/2020". Then on 9/5/20 I received an email from FEDEX, "Scheduled delivery: Sun, 9/6/2020 by end of day. On Sunday morning 9/6/20 delivery day at 9:30am, shocking I get a email from FEDEX, "Your delivery schedule has been updated to Tuesday, 9/8/2020". It just never ends....."

"Things about this desk that made me happy: fast shipping, price
Things that I had issues with:
First, the box can to me like it had been tossed around on a boat that was caught in a category 5 hurricane. Fortunately there was a good amount of packing material inside to protect the contents. Unfortunately, all of the packaging material was in very small pieces and most of the desk was at 1 end of the box when I opened it up. There were 2 noticeable but small dings on the top of the desk surface. We decided to keep the desk because distance learning was starting the next week and we did not see a way to get another desk in such a short period of time.
Second, the directions for putting this desk together left a lot to be desired. Many of the pieces in the desk were not properly marked. As a result, I had to compare different parts to see which part the picture referred to. There was a lack of explanation in the directions, just pictures that were not exactly helpful. All of the pages for the directions were spread out throughout the contents of the box. I actually did not find steps 1 and 2 until after I completed steps 5 and 6 and discovered the instructions wedged between 2 flat drawer pieces.
Thirdly, there are some exposed edges that are not finish quality but are rough wood. In addition, the desk did not fit together perfectly. Both of the drawers to the desk do not open as far as I would like them to, but I attribute that to the strength of the drawer rollers and their holding capacity rather than a design flaw. Neither of these items detracted from the overall look of the desk.
The desk is still a pretty sight. It serves my middle school daughter just fine. The surface of the desk is the smallest of the 4 desks I bought during Corona Learning but that is a quality this daughter was looking for. In the end, the desk is standing, it is sturdy, and it fits nicely with the decor in the room. If that is important to you and you are handy at building things, this desk should serve your purposes just fine."
