Sofa quality and engineering is adequate AND it is not high-end.
Upholstery line at a frame is wavy;
Cushions are bulging and do not have sharp edges;
Center leg is too short and not touching the flor by 1.5 inch, not supporting middle point of the sofa span; overall proportions for a seating comfort was not well engineered/designed.
Delivery team showed up at 7:30am. The hallway light cover was broken by moving the box with sofa; they replied I will need to be responsible and they cannot do anything about it. They also signed my name on their delver gadget within saying what they are signing my name for. "

"I placed my order at May and it had never been delivered. Whenever I asked to customer service, they keep changing their expecting delivery date, and they never accept my cancel request.
After I reported declining payment to my credit card company , they unwillingly agreed with refund.
It's July now, I have not seen their refund on my statement yet.

"I could tell right away that this was a quality made item. While assembling the bed that was clear. However, there were some hardware parts missing form the bag, which delayed getting the bed assembled in the time that i was hoping for. When I contacted customer service, they were very helpful with sending me some of the hardware overnight delivery, but other hardware they said was common size and i could pick that up at a hardware store.
Also, when i open the bed, the mattress stays in the cabinet. I have to reach in while holding the bed frame and pull the bed out so that it lays flat like normal. For such an expensive piece of furniture, I would expect that the bed would work flawlessly."

I actually held my breath when the driver was taking the box out of the truck. I inhaled when I saw the box was intact. The cabinet arrived in perfect condition with all of the parts. Assembly was not easy and took quite some, but it's a big cabinet, so that was expected. The parts and pieces were clearly labeled and the instructions were mostly clear. 2 people were definitely needed to assemble this large item.
The stated dimensions were correct, and the cabinet is even more beautiful in person. I love it.
