"Having read the glowing reviews of both the product and the reseller, on 9/11/19, I ordered a Arizer Air 2; the price (at about $165) was slightly better than average but not outlandishly low. Hey, if I can save $15, great, right?
On 9/16/19, I received my shipment, and excitedly opened it, only to find....they shipped an un-sealed (open box?) Arizer Solo II which is an unrelated (less expensive) model. The unit looked new enough, in that it still had a lot of the internal wrapping on it.
Wait, did I accidentally order a Solo II? No, I didn't, even the packing slip shows it's an Arizer Air 2, so the order was correct.
Everyone makes mistakes. They tossed the wrong product in the shipping bag. No big deal, right?
I did receive an e-mail response and they sent me a return label. We're still in process, but it seems at least they are contactable and they do back up their products. "
