"The basics are this... ordered item (Over $2k Total), never got the shipping confirmation, reached out to the company, I was given excuses and lied to about when item would ship, item never shipped, called again and fussed some more, told item would take even longer to ship (full month, mind you at this point), I opted to cancel the order. Received 2 confirmations that my order was canceled, then an hour later I receive emails saying, sorry we can't cancel it... your item is magically ready to ship now. Bottom line, if you have things to get done on a deadline, and don't wanna babysit a company to do the job you're paying them to do, look elsewhere. This company doesn't have their act together just yet. The fact they even sent me this email requesting a review is proof of that (they are well aware of how unhappy I was about the whole thing... why send me this?!)... The website is a mess... the order status section is never right (call for correct status), and items are not identified correctly as in stock or not, nor will you be notified after the fact that you'll have to wait until they get good and ready to ship your item. The only upside was a great price... however due to all the frustration, when we had to order the same item again for another project, we paid more from a more reliable company."

We were in communication with you regarding what was taking place with our supplier and wanted to offer a different solution, so you were not waiting for a long time. There are instances where we are at the mercy of the supplier for solutions. Our intention with offering you $30 was to help you avoid having to do a return as you indicated, while compensating you for the missing leg and the time inconvenience. Please know your refund was submitted and may take a few days to be reflected in your account. We are sorry we could not get this fixed for you faster. Our takeaway from this is that we need to do a better job of communicating what is going on and the potential timeline for resolution, so you could make a better-informed decision faster. “We didn't do a great job of delivering to you. We are often at the mercy of the manufacturer for delivery dates. Upon review of the order, we received changes of the shipping date more than once. On 6-25 we were told July 10th for the ship date. We received another update on 7-13-2018 that it would ship on 7-26-218. this was two days after you chatted with us. On July 18 after you spoke to Anthony to cancel, he called the manufacturer to tell them to cancel the order and was told the item was already packaged and shipped. I realize this is not a great experience and we are sorry we did not get this to you faster. You should have received emails with updates as they came in, were you able to see these? Again we understand your frustration and apologize for not giving you 5 star seervice. Our hope is that we can earn another opportunity to provide you the service you deserve.
