"My company was making a donation towards the schools on the island that received, in some cases, widespread damage during Irma. Among the wishlist of the Teachers was a request for interactive whiteboards. Doing research online, I came upon Touchboards. When it was time for me to place the order, a chat was initiated and I explained the purchase and if the Education Rate was applicable. My sales person at the time gave me clear instructions on opening the account and requesting the quote. I must say that the turn around on the quotation was prompt, the settlement of the final invoice was processed and all was set for delivery. But the story does not end there, we had to return to Touchboards to procure over 14 projectors and this too was a smooth transaction. Overall, I recommend Touchboard for their outstanding assistance, smooth instructions and helping our company fulfilling it's civic duty toward the children of the island."

"I purchased the HoverCam Solo 8 Plus, after extensive review of document cameras. Touchboards provides many videos demonstrating, reviewing and comparing products, and I found the information extremely useful in making my informed decision. The HoverCam is especially useful, not only in its capabilities enhanced by it's own software, but also by its additional capabilities to interact with other software applications, including Microsoft OfficeLens and even webcam applications (e.g., Skype, etc.). The flexibility of the device also makes it easy to adjust for viewing minute details, whether examining photos or threading a needle. I've already quickly scanned magazines for later viewing on my tablet, which has really come in handy. My partner, who is visually disabled, has really appreciated the zooming capabilities while reading receipts and mail. I did purchase an additional desk light with a diffused filter, just to eliminate the glare of some magazines. Still, the HoverCam's own light has been more than efficient for daily use, and I highly recommend the product, as well as Touchboards' attention to detail in demonstrating and ease of ordering and shipping. "My company ordered a 4k laser projector from Touchboards, which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately the higher-ups decided against committing the money to it for now and we had to return the product. Touchboards' RMA process was pretty straightforward and we were able to return it with no trouble. They were also very prompt in issuing the refund. I am sorry we ended up not keeping the projector, as the product was great, and I am very thankful for their patience with us. Whenever we do finally upgrade our current setup, I have little hesitation in checking Touchboards out first."

"Overall I was pleased with Touchboards. I did have an issue with the shipping but can not lay that completely at the feet of Touchboards. The item I ordered evidently shipped directly from the manufacturer. That did not occur until nearly a week after the initial order. Then it was shipped by one freight company, who transferred it to another local freight company, who in turn contracted with yet another freight company for the actual door delivery. The final two firms did not have my correct contact number to arrange final delivery. Touchboards staff was finally able to track down the problem and placed me in contact with the final delivery company. They were not as responsive as I had hoped even after acknowledging the lengthy delay. The end of the story is the item took nearly one month to arrive from initial purchase date. However, the quality and price of the item is very good."
