"I was looking for a way to help my kindergarten Teachers and was asking and searching for a specific device, I found out that the device was no longer available, being that it was an older type of camera technology.
Being that we are a Charter school (needing a lower cost Technology) and that I knew what the Teachers wanted but I didn't have have knowledge yet on the different technologies. The sales person, Jonathan was so helpful and really made my day by giving me some ideas and figured out exactly what I wanted. The technology is perfect for exactly what I needed and what the Teachers were looking for. If there was anything better I am sure he would of found it for me. "All in All we had a good experience, we had just a few hangups that kind of bothered us. First trying to talk to someone from your company was rather difficult. We rarely got answers and when we did they were not timely. We also had the issue of a lot of information we received was pretty misleading. I.E. we asked about mounting a speaker to a cart like the one that is pictured, so we asked if it includes a bracket to mount it to the cart, and we were told it does. Well the speaker did come with a mount, but it is absolutely designed to be mounted to a cart. All that said the products did work, they were shipped securely and timely and everything did as it was advertised to."

"I order a 16 port usb charger. These are a bit expensive and I paid for overnight shipping. A week and half later I had still not received it. When I called, they shipped it to a completely random address that was not mine nor associated with my account or order. They indicated they would send me another device. A week later I followed up and they were still looking into it. After calling back AGAIN they indicated it would ship a new one. I wound up receiving a box with the FedEx box of the wrong shipment inside and my device, opened. What a lazy, display of service. They were too cheap to send me a new one out of inventory and, waiting for the recipient of the wrong one to send it back, at my expense once time, and the send lx me the sloppy ripped open package with my order, opened, inside. Seems like an amateur garage operation."

Did research in order to help get me a delivery date so I could assure my customer we would have their products installed on time. And, Pricing! We but thru distribution for most of our items, and these guys beat our usual distributors prices. We will be using Touchboards more often for sure! Great experience"

We did ship overnight but to the wrong address, this was due to an error our employee made at the time. This individual was attempting to update shipping location for another order and transposed the digits on the order number and changed the address for your order. We have parted ways with the individual who handled this as they did not bring the mistake they made to our attention and made poor decisions in an attempt to fix the problem, leaving a bad impression of who we are as an organization. We have since issued a refund for the shipping amount and offered and additional discount for the inconvenience. We failed to deliver how we promised and would hope to have an opportunity to do business with you again."”
