I received an email a few days after I ordered saying that all the parts are not available and I could get a refund if I did not want to wait. The company should not charge my credit card until they process the order. This would save having to credit back their customer."

Your site should show on-hand inventory so that the online purchaser can determine if its available before ordering.
Amazon or almost online retailers have an inventory count. Online is suppose to be quicker. I would have gone elsewhere or walked into a dealership."
"I've use TPD before and have always been happy with their prices and service. Last order was too long to be actioned and delivered. The automated system on their Website is generally good but contacting someone on the phone is impossible. Their message said that they were over busy and it could take 24 to 48 hrs for someone to get back to me. That needs to improve. I'll still use them. But customer service needs to improve. "
