The service has gone from good to non existant; their chat service is useless, no one answers the phone and they take 2 days to return messages... plus they have expensive shipping: $73 in my case for pads and disks and they use the slowest shipping service possible (Canada Post). Not satisfied at all... Unless they give me some kind of credit for this one it's my last time ordering from them.."

"I found & ordered what I thought was a pair of rear hatch lift cylinders. It turns out I had selected a mismatched pair (different label colours). They would have worked fine but would have driven me nuts. Toyota Parts Direct contacted me the morning after I placed the order to confirm which label colour I would like. Thanks for being amazing! The new lift cylinders work great too!"

Maybe you shouldn't list that item on your site, or at least say it will be on back order before they pay for it. Especially when you say you have no idea when you'll get the part in. "Part was about 25% less than dealer, but shipping costs will reduce your savings. If you need the parts fast, bear in mind you may be waiting for restock and shipping. My emails were answered within a day or two. They won't ship glass even though they list it
