"Very slow to respond...took days! Tried calling and they make you leave a number and say they will call back but two days later still no call. 3 days to answer an email.
I contacted them to make sure the part I wanted was the correct one...took 2 days for that. Of course it arrived and is not the right part. The total cost was $45 with shipping...now $20 to send the part back for a refund and they have a 35% restocking fee!
I will just cut my losses and forget ever doing business with this company again...so bad!"
