"The parts never came in, after a week I got curious and checked my order only to find out the shipment was cancelled, however I was never notified. No refund was given either, it’s been a month since my initial order and I still haven’t heard back regarding a refund. I’m not optimistic about receiving anything, feels like a scam."

"After placing my order, I got a form email that sported several different huge fonts in different colours, which said that my order would take longer than expected and that I needed to confirm that I had actually placed the order, and I thought "uh oh, did I get scammed?"
I was relieved when my part arrived in a timely fashion and professionally packaged. The part was a proper Toyota part, not a cheap knock off.
I am satisfied with my experience overall but would recommend that the administrators consider a more professional and personal approach to correspondence."

"My wiper linkage assembly was out of circulation since 2006, and of the 2 trim models mine was a Valeo and none of the Toronto area junk yards had any. Non-oem producers did not supply for the Valeo model, and while it did take some time I wasn't really inconvenienced and the part was in excellent shape. My alternative was 13 year old (at best) used parts from ebay that didn't present well in the photos. "
