"Ordered a new wiper switch for my Tacoma, was very clear on the part number that I needed and even confirmed this through an email. When the part arrived (about 10 days later), it was not at all what I ordered. On the packing list that came, I could clearly see the part number I ordered was crossed off (in pen), and some new number hand-written below it.
None of this was communicated to me during the process, so I was unpleasantly surprised when I opened up the box to find a part I didn't want and didn't order, and to see that this was done intentionally by the company, with no communication to me asking if this was ok/confirming what part I wanted. Now I have to go through the refund process and continue to wait to actually fix my truck.
Yeah the prices are good, but they really have no regard for customer service (the phone is just an answering machine, you'll never get through to a real human), and there's a chance you won't actually get what you paid for!
Try ebay/amazon/anywhere else before you go here, I certainly won't be using their services again!"
