"If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I ordered a chicken coop on 12/21/2020. It was supposed to arrive at my house on 12/31/2020. It is now 1/8/2021, and I am now being told it will be here on 1/11/2021. I never received any email or text telling me it would be late. I just had to track it via a link I was sent. I finally called on 1/5/21 and was given an excuse that it was on a truck in Tennessee and would be unloaded that day and shipped out and I should receive it on 1/7/21. That didn't happen. It finally made its way to Georgia on 1/6/21, but is now sitting at a warehouse and they won't have a truck for it until 1/11/21. I was supposed to receive a refund on the shipping from the person I spoke with on 1/5/21, but they didn't do that either it seems. Today the person did refund my shipping, but other than that had few answers about why this was such a dumpster fire. I will never do business with them again. We will see if I get it on 1/11/21, as I have been told I would receive it before. Don't expect to get your items when promised, and don't expect them to update you about it. To say there is a lack of accountability and professionalism is me exercising Mother Teresaesque grace. Spend your money elsewhere."
"I tried to return used motor oil today in New Martinsville Wva and the manager informed me that they had no such policy. Even after doing a search on my phone and showing him that it is company policy he still refused. Saying that he had been their 6 years and they had never taken oil back. I will never buy any oil from their ever again."

"Terrible overall service...gun safe arrived at local TSC and had several dents, scratches, and body damage that looks as though it had been dropped from a truck rolling down the highway.
On-line order was fairly simple and customer representatives were polite. However, that is where the compliments end. Ordered a 24-gun safe on 28 Feb and it didn't arrive at the local TSC until 6 Apr.
The excuse: TSC had trouble locating a delivery company that could navigate a wide neighborhood street. Sounds comical, but it's true. Incompetence began at the shipping department and continued through the delivery of the extremely damaged safe.
Why TSC is unable to coordinate a simple delivery of a common on-line and in-store product is beyond comprehension. The bottom line is: don't order or purchase a large item with the assumption that TSC will provide delivery.
TSC refused to publish this review because it's critical of TSC shipping protocol."

The 2 stars review is for the 21 days it took from to order day to the store pick up day .giving the fact that the pipe costs $200 and you will pay $100 for the shipping to store. The pipe itself is as advertised and does the job that is designed for. If you need it in a timely manner I suggest buying at a store that carries the pipe in stock ."

"I registered an online account and ordered a relatively expensive (for me) chipper/shredder. I chose "ship-to-store" because it had said that this was free. Sure enough, when I added it to my cart it showed a shipping charge, then a credit for the shipping charge. Somewhere along the way during checkout, I didn't notice that they had tacked on a $165 charge for shipping because it was heavy. I noticed this only when I reviewed my confirmation email after I had completed the order. This was rather late at night and CS was not available, so I decided to wait until the next morning and cancel the order. When I got customer service on the phone, she was very pleasant and I asked her if I could cancel the order. She inquired why I was cancelling and I explained the situation. She offered to take the shipping charge off of the order, no questions asked. I was happy - that's customer service! No arguing or hesitation attitude - just seemed to be there to make the customer happy. It happened so fast that I hit refresh and my order was already showing the difference online. I haven't received the item yet - I'll update at that time. But so far, so good for my first experience with this organization."
"I ordered a snow blower and it was supposed to be here yesterday but because of a huge snowstorm they said it would be here the following day then I was informed the shipping company that is about 40 minutes away said they will not be delivering it till Monday.How can a shipping company that is only 40 minutes away not be able to deliver it on the following day I would have thought all orders would have moved up as they were supposed to be delivered.I was going to buy a trailer from them also but after this bad experience I will never buy anything from them again.They did give me 50$ back on my shipping but I think they need to look for a better shipping company because it just cost them all my business and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know so they will probably loose a lot more business because of poor choice in shipping companies!!"
"Started out by placing order for men's work boots. I placed order one day and everything seemed fine, then the next day I receive an email that's says they cancelled my order with no explanation. I immediately called and asked why and the guy told me they didn't have my size. I had ordered a 12EE. He said they didn't have that size but they had a 12, so I saidd I would go with the 12 and he placed the order with me on the phone. The guy seemed pretty nice but when he took my information, but come to find out he had my name wrong, as well as my email address, so not sure if he knew what he was doing or not, because when I gave him information, I would say like "r as in road, k as in kite, etc.", so he shouldn't have had any problem getting it right. Anyway, I got the boots pretty fast so I didn't think too much of it until my husband went to try the boots on and he said I can't even get my foot in. He looked at box and it said 8EE. How could anyone put 8EE on the order instead of a 12 is beyond me. Anyway, I immediately looked for paperwork and had none, so back on the phone I go. The guy I talked to this time immediately saw that my name and email address was spelled wrong and that's why I never got an invoice or any paperwork. So, he said he would email me the invoice, got it yesterday and my husband took them to the nearest Tractor Supply. He wanted the same boot, but they didn't have it, and said it was only online,
so he asked if they could order it and they said no!!! I feel we really got screwed all the way around. My husband picked out a much cheaper boot and they were supposed to be on sale too, but did not give him the sale price. I feel and know we really SCREWED big time!!! I called again when my husband got home because I was furious, and lady I talked to this time was DOWNRIGHT RUDE and I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT!!! Also, every time I called, I would wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Today, they told me estimated waiting time was 1 minute and I waited at least a half hour!!! I'll just tell you I am very disappointed in your customer service, and I know you have, definitely, lost my business!!! I think maybe you should take a better look at some your customer service people!!!!"
"Purchased a generic Round-Up, killed the grass and fertilized the weeds. Had to register in order to purchase and just received spam after spam email.
Purchased pasture seed and spread over well prepared soil, got nothing, not even a weed. Four months later re-seeded with the local grange seed had the half acre covered.
Attempted purchase of work wear which required registration, cannot even get it in a cart. Will see if the spam returns as they were reported for their antics the first time.
With the poor performance of their products and the abundance of unsolicited email it may be advisable to stay clear."
"I ordered seed from Tractor supply and had it shipped to the store to save a ridiculous amount for shipping. I live less than 100 miles from the warehouse/shipping center. Seed was delivered to the store less than 2 days after my order, but wait there's more. Until I receive an email stating my order has arrived I cannot pick up my seed. When I show delivery proof, not good enough. Meanwhile weather should be ideal for sowing. I have purchased many products from their local store, parts, feed and misc items. This is my second order of delivery to store. Last time it was not critical but still took 5 business days before I could pickup my order. Last time for me. Maybe if your order isn't time critical it might be OK. Last time for me."

"I ordered a bottle jack from their online site. When it came I found it to be low quality. It leaked oil all over the floor. I took it back to one of their stores. They tried to deny that I could return to a store, but I quoted from the web-site that such a return was allowed. Fair enough. They did honor the return finally.
Then they emailed me and asked for a review of the item I had returned. I complied with a poor review as befitting a poor product. Nothing about the company, just about the product. The review was "rejected" by TractorSupply.

"Farm supply store over 400 locations sell mostly private label low/average quality products at 20 - 30 % higher than walmart prices. If your in a bind for generic tractor/farm supplies and they are convinient then this is where I will go.
They have limited variety in each category. Price and quality option are not good. Much prefer lowes, HD or Walmart for better selection and pricing.
On my visit I was looking for two stroke chain saw/leaf blower oil. Options were limited to 2.5 oz containers for $1.50 - 3.00/each. Was hoping for pint or quart in recognizable brand options but no it had to be off brand and expensive. Did have husquavarna but it was the $ 3.00 option.
I buy tractor paint there since no one sells that. Bought cotter pins and hitch pins as well. Cotter pin broke due to casting defect. Brought it back look at me like I broke.
Not my favorite place. But will go back if they have what I need and can't justify commute into town."
