"Love selling and buying on Tradesy, but each time I sell and transfer money to my bank I have to contact them about my payout....Their policy is that money will be transferred to your bank in 7 business days or more....being a previous banking employee I know it takes less than 24 hours to transfer money. I understand they may have internal processes, but more than 7 days is ridiculous. I requested a payout on 6/27/18. Today is 7/12/2018 and still no money in my account. It has been 10 business not including the 4th of July. Tradesy you gotta do better with timely payouts. "

"I've spent years on online shopping and Tradesy is the worst online shop ever! I ordered an item from one seller from Tradesy and paid it right away. The seller emailed me one week later saying she regretted to sell the item at low price, so decided to cancel my order and hoped me to go back to buy it again at higher price! Extremely unacceptable reason for cancelling an order. Such a ridiculous and dishonest seller and unbelievably Tradesy authorized this cancellation without reviewing the reason!! They just told me the seller might find a "listing error" or she no longer have the item. I emailed Tradesy team many times to tell them the truth after they cancel my order, I attached the email the seller sent me and their selling policy for cancelling orders (Obviously both the seller and Tradesy violated their own selling policy!). Guess what? They just completely ignore my messages, having no intention to solve the issue. Tradesy is definitely an untrustworthy company as the accomplice of sellers' dishonest behavior in online shopping. I got my refund but feel that I am totally screwed by them! Buyers' right is never protected on this website!

My orders arrived fast- that's to the sellers as for the customer service and for selling through tradesy is difficult no one has answered my many, many emails, it has been almost a month now and still waiting. I have a customer waiting for product due to the lack of customer service response. "
"I have been with tradesy for about 4/5 years. Everything has gone downhill for sellers over the last 1-2 years! Specifically the amount of commission they take and the unacceptable wait time for funds! Fees went from 9% up to 23%! Thats an insane amount and they now take more money from sellers then any other site around! Their low fees used to make them a great place to sell, not any more! The CEO got greedy! In addition to this, their shipping labels now cost $10.50 flat. The worst part though is the amount of time it takes to get paid! Sellers used to get their money as soon as tracking showed the item was shipped, and luxury items after 4 days, and if the buyer said they were happy tradesy would release the funds early. Then it went to a 4 day hold for all sales. Then it went to a week. Now their terms say they can hold your funds for "up to" 21 days but they put the disclaimer that most are released much sooner. This is a blatant lie! For the last 7 or 8 months every single sale I make they have held my funds hostage for at least 2 weeks, sometimes longer! On top of this insane and unnecessary hold, they then say transfers take "7 business days or more" what kind of policy is that? 7 business days or more? What does the "or more" part mean? They are basically saying they will pay you whenever they get around to it! You never know when you will get paid with tradesy! As of right now I initiated a paypal transfer 13 days ago and 9 business days ago and I still dont have a dime! 13 days plus the 18 days it took for them to even "release" my funds makes OVER a month now since the buyer got their item, tradesy got their cut in a millisecond, and I, the seller, am over a month and dont have a dime of my money! So the buyer and tradesy come out on top and the seller gets screwed over! When I make a sale I can always plan on waiting a month+ before I see my money. Its absolutely ridiculous that they put their sellers thru this! Over a year ago they gave the BS excuse that because of "data breaches" across the internet they had to hold out funds longer to make sure there was no fraud. Its been over a year and they are still using this lie of an excuse to keep holding our money hostage! Why is it that ebay and paypal and every other resale site can pay their sellers in a timely manner yet tradesy is the only site around that keeps lying to its sellers to hold onto OUR money for as long as possible to earn interest on our money and make themselves look good on paper? I am so sick of this mistreatment and if this doesnt change soon Im done with this site! They have no advantage over any other site now! and their return policy brings in the worst kind of buyers! these people damage items and return them that way and say you sent it like that and tradesy refunds the buyer without ever communicating with you! then they force the now damaged item back on the seller! they dont even tell sellers anymore when a buyer returns your item, so its a crap shoot everytime you sell anything here, they will always side with the buyer even if you have proof you didnt send a damaged item! this has happened to me multiple times. They do not honor their own return policy anymore and will find any non-existent reason to send all returns back to sellers. This used to be a great site to sell on but not anymore! this is the most seller unfriendly site around! if you want your funds in less then a month or longer dont sell here! if you want protection from scamming, scheming buyers, dont sell here! tradesy only cares about tradesy and backs up buyers only. They have gone way past the point of middle man and abuse their sellers and abuse their power! They offer nothing to their sellers but high fees, molasses slow payouts and allowing buyers to scam sellers, yet they take the most commission and take the longest to pay!"
