"I first started buying only on this website, then I started selling. As a buyer I was satisfied, the only issue was the delay of the items i purchased. Then I started selling name brand bags, clothing, glasses, shoes, you make it. Yes I have sold several items but after their commission I make next to nothing. Not only do they take so much, you have to wait about 20 days for your funds to be available to transfer. When you do go to transfer, you get charged another 2.9% safe transfer fee??? after requesting the transfer, I have had to wait up to another 30 days for the funds to hit my bank. I recently sold a leather Prada that I had gotten authenticated and it was returned to me as unauthentic with the leather damaged in several areas!!! I am looking for a new website to sell my items on. I love doing this because it keeps me occupied, but I am not going to do it to make them rich! "

"This is a very deceptive and scammy site. The pop up asks you to provide your email so you can get $25 off first order. Email provided. Next screen then says the order has to be $199 or over. Why wasn't this made clear before email was provided?? Because they are deceptive!!"
"I used to love selling on here and now it's just has become a hassle. The hold they place on funds for sellers is ridiculous They need to come up with a more feasible way of insuring that the transaction is safe for both parties, you would think by them being new in business they would be ahead of the cure in trendsetting seller relations they fall way short and the seller fees along with the transfer fees are just as ridiculous as the policy in place for funds holding I'm just going back to eBay because this is just not they way to do or keep in business. In addition to the crappy customer service just is not worth the hassle."

As per transfers - transfers take 7 or more business days to process after withdrawing from your Manage Payouts page. Depending on your bank, there may be an additional short delay before funds appear in your PayPal, debit card, or checking account (ACH).
