"I purchased a LV bag and didn’t used it until almost a month after. I wore it out for my son graduation in about 2 hours. Came home and felt the brown sticky things on my hands and clothes. It felt like chocolate. I didn’t have any chocolate on me or ate any chocolate. I looked on the LV bag and saw on the edges melting. I owe at least 15 LV bags and never in my life have this experiences. I called and sent email with pictures of melting edges on LV and explained the situations. I also asked if I can return. Tradesy rejected my requested and told me that I didn’t storage the LV correctly. I storage all my LV bags in very well storage at my house. I owe LV handbags and never have any problems. Please do not purchase from this site, you will waste your hard earning money.

"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. As quite a few people mentioned, the 21-day waiting period is ridiculous. Within those 21 days, if there is a reason why the buyer is unhappy with the item, you should know about it before you twiddle your thumbs and check the app each day to see if your funds have come through yet. I shipped an item on 5/11 and was told my funds would be available on 6/3 (why so long?? ). I got a notice today, 5/24, that the item was being returned to me for faulty description -- no notice beforehand before it was being shipped out so that I could dispute it (one of the items mentioned was already described, despite what the buyer said).
Some other hidden things they don't tell you: When you set the price for shipping and say that you will use their shipping kit, they will charge you for that amount ($18). But if you end up using your own shipping method, they will only refund you for what you paid to ship the item, even if it's less than what you paid for the shipping kit, pocketing the rest of the money that you already factored in to the pricing of the item for the buyer.
Also, they try to **** you into the cycle of Tradesy. It's an extra 2% to transfer your money out of Tradesy. Customer service is extremely unhelpful. Stick with another reseller."

They said no and they told me to relsit it and sell it .. even after I sent them pictures that it was discharge all over in the pants that told me to resell on these website !! Horrible !'nn"

"I bought some C. Louboutins. The item was not as listed on the website. I emailed ****@**** about eight times and did not receive a response within the time they stated they would respond. I had to call and let them know i had emailed them for them to help me return the shoe. Then when they saw my emails they said "someone will respond to your email by the end of business day or the next day". Two days passed and i heard nothing from them, so I had to call again. Finally someone said "oh, i thought someone had responded to you" you guys need to step up your customer service game, what the hell do ya'll do at the office?
I emailed two days ago about help with a gift card i received. No surprise, I havent received a response. Their office is only open from 8am-noon or 1pm, so i have to wait till they open for someone to most likely tell me someone will respond to my email and never get a response. i honestly wish the other apps had your inventory, then i would just not have to deal with your terrible customer service.
my recommendation is, if you can find it somewhere else get it there. Or be sure you are not going to have to contact customer service because you'll be left in the dark handling your own issues with them! "
