"I bought one dress from Tradesy as I do have store credit with you. I make sure this dress was returnable. I got the dress, it was way too short, and only a few days later, I decided to return this dress. By doing this, I went to the mall after work, I spend 40-45 mins of driving. The reason why I went to the mall because they do "happy return". I got there, "Happy return" people told me that this item is not returnable. I contacted Tradesy, they told me that I can resale this item. I am sorry I am not doing this!!! I tried to sell my clothes before on this website, they were there for too long and I had no luck of selling them. Therefore, I remove my items. I am so unhappy with Tradesy of how you customer friendly."

"My first experience was wonderful and exactly as described. The second was completely underwhelming and I only kept the item as I am in love with the style of this shoe and I cannot find this shoe in the size/color combination I am looking for. They were selling this "LIKE NEW w/o signs of wear " for $130 (I paid $120) and at the same time, Bluefly had the same NEW pair of shoes for $115 and NO tax - not in my size, unfortunately. Also, the listing was described as the new/in season Adventure Stuart Weitzman when in fact it wasn't, but a past season shoe (Alex). There were obvious signs of wear - toe imprints, stains on the crochet (some of which I haven't been able to get out yet) and the espadrille/wedge (most of which I haven't gotten out). NOT happy with the price point for the product."

"The Chanel sweater is amazing! Better than discribed. However, I have sent back the Chanel bag I purchased. I returned it due to a question of it being authentic. I am understanding, knowing this type of thing can happen from time to time. And, I also know that I can be wrong, but it was advertised as having a serial number. I was negligent in pressing the “learn more” area, which said the serial number was missing. Inside the bag there was no indication that there was ever a serial number. So, I don’t know the outcome yet. But, the return policy was effortless. I definitely will do business with this company in the future. I just discovered your website about a 2 weeks ago. I have a number of items to sell and would not hesitate to list with Tradesy!

"I purchased a Coach bag. Seller sent me the bag with two tags (one attached to the bag and one inside the bag) and a receipt. Apparently, the seller was trying to make the purchase look as "real" or "authentic" as possible however, while reviewing the tags and bar code numbers, it was noticed that none of the tags actually matched the bar code numbers on the receipt. This was a BIG red flag that the seller tried to pass off this Coach bag as an authentic by providing a bogus receipt. I have Emailed Tradesy three different times with no response. Tradsey claims to not allow replica's however, there is no fool proof system. I let the seller know that they were caught and the bag was being returned. The seller was extremely defensive and did not apologize. If you are looking to purchase name brand items....BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"NOT an authorized vendor - Watch out!
On August 15th, we purchased a pair of Loubutin shoes from Tradesy for $1,100 (you can actually get Loubutin's shoes for less than that, so it was not about the concept of "getting a deal"). On January 27th I wore them for the first time, 2 hours later the left shoe heel comes undone from the rest of the shoe. Findings? Tradesy IS NOT an authorized vendor for Loubutin. I contacted Loubutin and they cannot do anything for me because Tradesy is not an authorized venue. Keep in mind that all I have asked for was to get them fixed, I love the shoes. I then contacted Tradesy and after a couple of back and forth, i was told that I needed to take it up to the seller. I have to reach out to the person that Tradesy represents to get the shoes that Tradesy sold to me fixed!!!
Tradesy DOES NOT have any warranty for any of the "authentic" goods that they sell.... So why are they still in business????
Tradesy took about 2 days to answer my first email and after I had done all the homework with Loubutin, their final answer was to get in touch with the seller.... I thought I bought them from Tradesy...
All I wanted from the beginning which I made very clear was to have them fixed. Loubutin has an authorized cobbler that I need to send them to, but Tradesy DOES NOT want to be held responsible for anything.
People, stay away! If you are planning to spend a good amount of money, but the product from an authorized vendor."

"I purchased an expensive Gucci belt from Jahnavik. The estimated shipping stated that I would receive my item within a week, then a little notice confirmed that items are usually shipped within 3-4 business days. I ordered this belt for a trip, 10 business days after purchasing I still don’t have any tracking update. I reached out to the seller on several occasions and they confirmed that I would receive this package on time. The seller had the audacity to lie and tell me that it has been shipped out then sarcastically asked me to “let them know if i dont want the item because it’s expensive”. I am very well aware of the price it being, I PAID FOR IT! NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!"
