AMAZING COMPANY!!!

"I have bought many items and had the most amazing experience. from communication with the company to the items I've purchased. also, returns are so easy!! I've been on Tradesy now over a year and will continue to purchase all my expensive items from them at a fraction of the price!! it still amazes me I can actually call and speak to a person if I ever need anything.
I have also sold on Tradesy and it is a very easy and not time consuming! I just can't say enough good things and I just hope they keep up the good work!!!!

No Follow Up

"I purchased a coat from a seller on this website and I reached out to the seller because they still hadn't shipped my item after over a week of purchasing. I never heard back so I reached out to Tradesy 3 separate times over several days and still have not heard back. I haven't gotten my item now in just about 2 weeks and was charged for it even though it seems like I'm never going to get the item. This website seems to be a major scam, and even if I just got unlucky, the staff certainly isn't any help at all.

This is second post - I had one person in the last 72 hours respond and I replied directly back and never heard anything back. Please refund order 3741562-843409 and shut Emily O down because she **** as much as this company.

First impressions last forever

"This was my first time ordering. I ordered a brand new never used LV purse was in contact with the seller who was extremely nice. I was supposed to receive the purse a week ago tomorrow. I have contacted the seller, and Tradseys.. the purse was dropped off at a NY location and there hasn't been any activity since. The Purse is literally off the grid.

I'm really disappointed as I was apprehensive on using this site and feel that spending almost $1500 something like this wouldn't happen or you'd have answers before a week being late!
Very disappointed! Don't think I'll be a continued customer!

Fake Tiffany & Co bracelet

"Bought a fake T&Co T bracelet from you that was authenticate by your authentication team. I have real prove that is fake. I sent emails with a video showing why the bracelet is fake. Mandy replied to all my emails except the one that I sent the video with the evidence. So convinient not to answer. If you reply to my review please don't sent me a phone number nor an email that you will help out because you don't. I want someone to answer to the evidence that I've shared with you guys. I'm So dissapointed."

" My vendor misrepresented a product. Tradsey agreed that it was a misrepresented, but would not refund my money because I had existing credits. In effect, I got basically the same deal as any standard return, even though I received a product that was misrepresented on the site. When I asked for a refund because the site listed nothing else I wanted, I was not even given the courtesy of a reply. I do a lot of online shopping, including ebay. Treadesy is the worst.

Nightmare!

"Theres too much to write I just can't! Stay away and beware and do your homework first,wish I did! Read the bbb reviews and watch all the YouTube bad review videos! It's all true,i have lived it for a few months and I am closing my closet as I wait for my refund. 100% unprofessional shopping. This site is for the inexpierenced shopper or suckers who don't know any better. Tons of fakes,dirty cheap raggity thrift,harassing seller's and the customer service are pathetic but what can you expect,all inexpierenced this ain't Neiman Marcus,Henri bendel,nordstrom,barneys or bergdorf Goodman. Tons of fakes,the whole company should be under investigation! I also spotted Marshall,tj maxx,thrift store and five and dime items! What a joke! Read the employee reviews also,they even made complaints. All amateurs who buy from designer outlets than double or triple the price. The higher end i have seen being sold I spotted at century21,Saks off of 5th,Nordstrom rack and Neiman Marcus last call but with a higher price. Why shop here when you can go to these outlets and get the real deal discount? It's one big CLIQUE so only a dummy will fall for this hidious fashion site. I had to make a handful of returns with them,3 misrepresentation claims and had to resell some other items I baught. This is absolutely the worst fashion site I ever purchased on! Another problem seller's don't confirm sometimes and refuse to ship what you pay for simply because they claim it's too expensive. I have the proof being I printed every transaction I did and I printed all messages for proof and protection. TRADESY does nothing but contacts you to add more stress and aggrevation to this poor operation. Trust me everyone,do your homework,read the reviews,watch the bad review videos on YouTube and take it from me because I am quitting this site. Thank goodness I caught on early! Saks off of 5th sells Lagerfeld,valentino.and amazing top shelf cheaper then this site! Cenrury21 sells love moschino,furla,guiseppee zanotti,Salvatore ferragamo and Christian lacroix! Neiman Marcus last call carries the most beautiful high end all top shelf cheaper then this site also. If you are in ny,the Woodbury commons have outlets such as Tom ford,just cavalli,versace and so much more! These are the seller's tricks but they mark it up. I even spotted target items being sold for double the price! LOL! Then you have the thrifters who sell dirty junk from goodwill and Plato's closet! This site is a fashion joke! Take your hard earned money to the great places i mentioned and you will see what I am talking about. At least it's real,you get the true deal and what you really want. I had to give away or resell some pathetic things I got sucked into on here. If you live in nj secacacus has outlets like Gucci and Charles Jordan and many more also. You will not earn big,you will spend more than you earn and God forbid you make a return or file a misrepresentation claim,they team up on you the company and the seller's by harassing you and giving you stress,anxiety and migraines! Waste of money waste of time and the joy of shopping! Read the awful reviews on BBB over 260! Don't let these people take advantage of you! It's a big CLIQUE so be careful they team up making your expierence a living HELL like what I went through. How pathetic,all the good reviews are fake written by tradesy employees and but kissers to outweigh the truth and bad reviews! If it sounds too good to be true, it's fake. They sugar coat and it's so Fake beyond belief! Fake positive reviews by closets who are on tradesy payroll! I wouldn't recommend this site to a friend! This is my opinion of my expierence in just a matter of a few months and of course freedom of speech!"

"I have shopped Tradesy a few times. Three out of five times, I have paid for items then told later that they were not in stock. I do not like the mis-representation. I think that the company should have a penalty for sellers who post items they do not have. It is a waste of time to the shopper, when they search, pick something, pay for it, but later be told it is not there. Otherwise, i have been satisfied with the items that i did get and how quickly they arrived."
