"Extremely frustrating. Communication is nearly non-existent and it takes forever to get any kind of response from Tradesy team. There's no notification if an item is returned, until the return is fully processed, so if you're not constantly checking the status of your sale, you'll be left in the dark. Calling customer service proved unhelpful and impolite. There are plenty of other apps and options, avoid Tradesy for selling."

"Just bought a pair of Lulu pants on Tradesy, the seller was descriptive, and the check out process was smooth and easy. I was even able to change my address at checkout, so I could send the pants as a Mother's Day gift. Tradesy was transparent about when I should expect to receive it and about how much it would be. The one thing they could improve on is being able to spend only site credit and not earnings at check out. "

"Tradesy has succeeded in riding itself of lower end buyers and sellers by raising their commission to 14.9% along with a flat commission of fee of $7.50 for all orders under $50. Not to mention a rise in the shipping label cost from $8.50 to $10.50. Now that is just plain old robbery. It cost me $6.95 to ship Priority in USPS. Tradesy has made it very clear that they want their buying base to be rich. If you can't afford Gucci & Prada then you don't belong on their site. Many sellers sell items under $50 with many more selling items for under $20. This new flat commission is going to shut those sellers out. Everyone isn't looking to buy Chanel. Just something nice at a fair price and you have taken that away from buyers. Tradesy says that the new fee will help sellers sell more which is bogus. The reason it takes forever to make a sell is Tradesy's search engine. It is the worst of any site I have ever seen. When you search for one specific item you will get 200 pages of other crap mixed in with the item you are searching for. There may be only 10 of that particular item on Tradesy but yet there is 200 pages for you to scroll through. No one has time for that. It is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Take a page out of eBay's search engine playbook as their search engine gives you exactly what you look up and it is easy to find what you want in a second. I really think that with this new change Tradesy has shot themselves in the foot and will die a slow death. To bad as it used to be a great place to sell and shop but not anymore. Trust me when I say if you fix your search engine you will fix 90% of the problem. Too bad that so many sellers and buyers are having to leave Tradesy because they can't figure out something so simple. Tradesy thinks this change is for the better but they are sadly mistaken. They will be loosing more money than what they think they will from sellers the who list items under $50 and from the buyers who buy them. "

"Ask yourself about this experience. When you send a $1250 gift to a friend and for that friend to have to PAY $55 in UNPAID shipping costs in order to GET THEIR GIFT - would you be happy? I SPENT $5K in a week with Tradesy - for this one I offered my FEDEX account number. They REFUSED TO TAKE IT.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Especially after calling 3 times and them telling me ALL WILL BE OKAY! What a LIE!"
