It took along time to sell my designer handbags (I had to drop the price twice to sell it)
I am not happy with the fact that it takes 30 days before you get your money from the item that is sold. As a seller I feel there is no reason for it to take this long. On ebay my money is released right away thru paypal..Item was sold on 1/17 and shipped right away, arrived to buyer on the 20th of January ,, the money won't be available to me until february 16? Why does tradesy hold on to sellers money so long. For this reason I won't give more that 2 stars"

"I made a purchase for daughter's wedding and received a confirmation email from Tradesy. The email provided the order # and said I would hear from seller in 3-5 days with shipping info. On day 4 I had heard nothing so I emailed seller. She emailed back and simply said she had sold the items directly. No apology. No I forgot to take the listing down. No I forgot to initiate you a refund. I called Tradesy and the best they could do was offer a refund. This to me was the least the should do as I was not receiving the items as promised. I was furious that there seems to be no recourse against this sort of seller behavior. I would be leery of using this site."

First business day after holiday, told we would get a full refund by customer service agent . Then when we followed up after not getting a return confirmation , was told by another agent named Melissa that we were passed the very generous 4 day holiday return period and that we should just realist the fraudulently depicted item on Tradesy to get our monies back ... basically told by the Tradesy employee Melissa to go ahead and commit fraud to get our monies back ... nice girl, right?
