Selling on Tradsey

"This is my first time selling on Tradsey.com
It took along time to sell my designer handbags (I had to drop the price twice to sell it)
I am not happy with the fact that it takes 30 days before you get your money from the item that is sold. As a seller I feel there is no reason for it to take this long. On ebay my money is released right away thru paypal..Item was sold on 1/17 and shipped right away, arrived to buyer on the 20th of January ,, the money won't be available to me until february 16? Why does tradesy hold on to sellers money so long. For this reason I won't give more that 2 stars

Very annoyed!!

"I made a purchase for daughter's wedding and received a confirmation email from Tradesy. The email provided the order # and said I would hear from seller in 3-5 days with shipping info. On day 4 I had heard nothing so I emailed seller. She emailed back and simply said she had sold the items directly. No apology. No I forgot to take the listing down. No I forgot to initiate you a refund. I called Tradesy and the best they could do was offer a refund. This to me was the least the should do as I was not receiving the items as promised. I was furious that there seems to be no recourse against this sort of seller behavior. I would be leery of using this site."

Knockoff with holes, couldn't return

"Never shopping at Tradesy again! Bought a pair of "Lularoe" leggings that were obviously a knockoff and riddled with holes when I got it. Since I was away for the week and didn't get them until after the 3 day return period, I was unable to get my money back. Terrible service. "

Good Site But Service could be better

"I bought a dress before christmas. I really liked but it was not my size and it was more damaged than advertised. But when I wanted to return it was a pain. They wanted to give me site credit and I had to push to get cash. Eventually I got it back but I wish it was faster. Overall there are a lot of beautiful and good deals but customer service could be improved"

Holiday Return Policy Downer

"Husband purchased an item for holiday present. Images and description fraudulently portrayed as Like New without chips. Guess what? Item was well used and chips were not pictured. First business day after holiday, told we would get a full refund by customer service agent . Then when we followed up after not getting a return confirmation , was told by another agent named Melissa that we were passed the very generous 4 day holiday return period and that we should just realist the fraudulently depicted item on Tradesy to get our monies back ... basically told by the Tradesy employee Melissa to go ahead and commit fraud to get our monies back ... nice girl, right? I'm done with this site ✔"
