Had good service over the phone, but the website let me down, no photos, or schematics to compare what I needed with what I was ordering. Made the purchase over the phone which included shipping then was notified later that shipping was going to be 5 times the original shipping purchase. Then the product comes in and I didn’t notice it until I was at the customers house comparing parts that the product I ordered came damaged. Pretty lame"
