"I received the large dog bed with memory foam that I ordered ahead of time promised. However, after inserting the memory foam, which by the way is thick and high quality, the bed cover was not sewn together and was not usable. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer service at Treat A Dog. Within a couple of hours Hazel Ashford from customer service emailed me back and told me not to mail the cover that I had received back and apologized for the inconvenience. She said that she had arranged to have another cover mailed to me! This is GREAT customer service! Thank you Hazel and Thank you Treat A Dog!"
"Sometimes even with the best products there might be a little mistake. When I got my bed there was a little hole in the stitching. I thought it was going to be a pain to get a new liner... I was so wrong. It was a simple little email out to Hazel. (One of their costumer service representatives) and she shipped a replacement out. It was that easy. My dog loves the bed. You can tell it gives full support because he lays flat on it. My cat has even tried to sleep on it because she sees how comfturable my dog is on it. Thank you!"

"I ordered the car seat cover in December - my second one! - but didn't open it up to use until this week (February.) Because it was my second cover, I noticed right away that it was different: several features were missing. I contacted Customer Support to ask how I could return the defective item and have a new one shipped. I "chatted" online with Camille Tolentino, who kindly asked me to send her a photo of the defective item. I did and Camille immediately responded back to acknowledge receipt of the photo and to inform me that she would pop a replacement in the mail right away. And . . . the best part . . . there was no need for me to bother with returning the old item. My new replacement arrived the next day. It was the best customer service I have ever received. I did have to wash the product within the first couple nights of my pup using it and the white inner bed cover came apart in the wash machine. "I bought my first back seat cover and the straps tore off after 6 uses, so after several emails I was sent a replacement, we used it last weekend for a 2 day trip and the cover ripped right down the middle from one side to the other, the seam just came apart. Complete Junk !!! Maybe better luck with a 10lb dog, but if you have a 70lb Labrador don't get this cover !!!"

"Bought the bed because one of my dogs has torn up all of his beds.... so when it said tear resistant I was in... well unfortunately he was able to dig into this one too. But Hazel Ashford at treat a dog didnt even bat an eye and sent me out a one time replacement immediately!!! So happy now! Needless to say my Primo will not get to use the new one but his mama Nalah will lol. Planning on getting more products from this company soon.
