"At first, I had a problem applying the discount code. I emailed my concerns to the convenient customer service link and received a prompt response. My customer service rep was Michelle Figueroa, who handily applied the discount code without delay and was very helpful and professional. With regard to the actual bed itself, it seems to be of fair quality. The memory foam pillow seems to be the best part of the bed. The protective slip that goes over the pillow was very hard to put on and the zipper is so cheap that I had a hard time keeping teeth interlocked. Also, the extra large size is much smaller than expected in comparison to a bed I purchased from another company. I would have returned this bed had I paid the full price and am not satisfied with the price I did pay in return for the product received. I will say that the bed will be much easier to break down for cleaning as advertised. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with this product."
