"Recently bought the XL dog mattress, our Great Dane slept on it one night and the seam gave away on it. I emailed them with pictures and Camille Tolentino emailed back very fast within an hour and told me they will replace it free of charge! Our Great Danes seems to love it but I gave the product 4 stars because the material that is used is great for dogs that have accidents and is easy for cleanup. Our dog sleeps next to our bed at night with us and when she moves in the middle of the night the material make a great amount of noise. Probably wont use this bed by our bedside. Other than that great product!"

"I purshased a large dog bed from Treat a Dog during the holidays on line. Two seams came apart on the bed. I hesitated to contact Treat a Dog because other retailers I ordered from over the holidays refused to work with me on products that did not last. I promised myself I would no longer purchase gifts on line again because merchants refused to exchange items. But not Hazel Ashford!!! Ms Ashford promptly answered my email when I contacted Treat a Dog about the defect to the dog bed. I was only asked to send pictures showing what my issue was. Upon reviewing my photos, Ms Ashford immediately notified me a second dog bed was being shipped to me. She also advised that there was no need to return my original order. I was so surprised to learn that I would not be inconvenienced in any way. Ms Ashford and Treat a Dog are highly “Class Acts” and I will be sure to share my experience with them with my friends as well as on my Facebook page. Treat a Dog was my greatest shopping experience and they are TOP DOG in my book!!!"
"I have waited a long time to buy my dog a new bed because I was looking for something to cushion her. I purchased the bed with the sofa look. The material is like what you make a tent out of. The foam is barely 3 inches think and while putting it together, two of the zipper pulls popped off. I immediately emailed the company to return it and she quoted me their "policy" about no returns accepted. Nice way to screw people out of money for a cheap, defective product.
So sad for my old dog. "
"I purchased the PupLounge Memory Foam Orthopedic Bed XL and my doberman and bulldog LOVE it! There was a small manufacturers defect on the bolster part of the bed. It was sewed together making it impossible to properly zipper the bolster inside. I emailed Treat A Dog’s customer service and Camille Tolentino quickly responded to my email! She was extremely helpful in fixing this issue! I am thankful for this company and I look forward to purchasing more items from them! Thank you for everything!!"

"It's dog bed did arrive on time and customer service particularly Hazel corrected the fact that when it arrived the foam mattress protector was broken and Hazel is sending you another one, my dog does not like this bed. The quality of the product is cheaply made and the size which I ordered was a large dog bed looks more like a medium dog bed. My dog does not like it like I said and I would not recommend ordering it. I'm not going to send it back as it would probably be more expensive to send it back then what it's actually worth."

"I purchased a bed for my 9 month old pup. She loved it. I came home from work and she had scratched a snag in the middle. I contacted Michelle Figueroa and she said she would send me out a new cover free of charge. And thankfully I did get a new cover because when I came home from work the next day she had it really tore up. Michelle was very helpful and very prompt response. "I purchased the orthopedic dog lounger, a large up to 80 lbs. I did it just like the instructions said only to find out that the bed is way too small for my 80 lb. Australian Cattledog mix. I immediately wrote the company heard back from a Michelle to be informed I couldn’t return the bed. I was suppose to let my dog lay on it while the memory foam was expanding. The only way to let it expand is open the package. I also purchased a pup protector for the car. My husband and I put it in yesterday (1-28-18). I just got back from a short trip. The protector split all the way down where it forms the sling. Upset doesn’t begin to express my feelings."
"I bought a gift for my wife and one for myself from “Treat a Dog”. The back seat cover protector was just what I needed as a solution to transport my muddy Golden Retriever. I had used the back seat car cover for only 2 weeks and noticed that the seam was starting to rip.
I called customer service to ask for a replacement. Michelle Figueroa was very professional in helping me get a replacement. I was very pleased with the service from Michelle Figueroa and will continue to look “Treat a Dog” for solutions to help me with my Golden.
