Very poor customer service

"I purchased a bed for my senior dog who I unfortunately lost to cancer before he could use it. It is still in the box, unopened. When I contacted the company about returning the bed, the rep asked for pictures confirming it was still unopened. When I sent them, she replied with very vague instructions followed by "once we receive the item, we can ship you a bigger bed." I don't need a bigger bed, I need my money back so I can start paying all of my vet bills. Now, it's been 3 days and I still have not received a reply to my last email. "

Warranty on Defective Product

"My husband purchased a Pup Protector car seat cover for me for Christmas. After about the third week of use, the cover completely tore along the bottom seam. When I contacted Treat a Dog, they were unwilling to replace it because my request was made past their 30 day return/exchange policy. Being it was a Christmas gift, I hadn’t actually received the item until the 30 day expiration was almost up. It is my opinion that their product was not durable enough for an average sized dog, and their return time needs to be extended in the case of defective products.

After some correspondence back and forth with Treat A Dog, they did in fact send me a new Pup Car Seat Cover. As a revision to my previous review, I have to say they did in this case stand by their product.

Damaged bed

"The cover of the new dog bed tore while washing for the first time. Emailed Treat A Dog and within minutes my new friend Camille Tolentino responded back that they would be sending a new one ... without question or hesitation!! Truly appreciate her superior customer service!!! Will be shopping with them again :-)"

Amazing Customer Service!!!

"A big thank you to customer service rep Michelle Figueroa, you totally rock! Long story short, our Doberman puppy ruined our beautiful new pet bed, called to see if we could purchase a new foam insert, oh no, Michelle went above and beyond that, a whole new bed on its way within 24 hours of talking with her , just the nicest person to deal with. Fast, easy and no hassle , you just don't seem to get that "gold star" service anymore,Treat A Dog exceeded that, they went platinum, on all points! Lucky puppy, lucky us Thank you Michelle

The Model for Customer Service

"Michelle Figueroa is one of the Customer Support staff and she followed through perfectly. We had a minor problem with the sewing of a dog bed cover and from the first email to the last when she offered to replace the cover, it took less than an hour with back-and-forth emails. Every company will experience some issues but it's how they resolve then that makes the difference. Kudos to Michelle and Treat a Dog!"

Best Service

"I purchased my first xl pup lounger from Treat A Dog. My 2 Brittany Spaniels have eaten several beds, so it got my attention about their guarantee. After a week, the little one ate a hole in the bed. I called and had a great experience with Michelle Figueroa. After sending her the picture of the bed, she is shipping me a new cover. Best deal ever!!"

Scam and false advertisement

"I had a question about there dog beds as the advertisement clearly states chew proof and the LAST bed you will buy. Figured for the roughly $300 price tag worth an inquiry. This is when I found out that they don't guarantee it being chew proof and that they will only guarantee it for 30 days for manufacture defect. Which I questioned due to the advertisement stating otherwise.. mind you i kept all the evidence and correspondence as well. Took them 4 days to get me a warranty statement or terms and conditions as I couldn't find one anywhere. I mentioned to them they could face false adertisment lawsuits due to there advertisement. If you write a negative review on there website or advertisements they will delete them and block you from writing the truth and informing customers that the product is not chew proof like the claim. "

Top of the line service!

"I have quite a few great products from Treat a Dog, all with the safety of my chocolate lab puppy in mind! One of the products broke at the seams on a Saturday, I reported the issue later that day to customer service, and Michelle Figueroa already responded to me on Sunday morning to say a replacement was on the way and gave me the new order number. Incredible products, incredible service. Thank you Treat a Dog!"
