Great customer service!

"I made a purchase on an expensive dog bed and had used a promo code that was for less off than another code I ran across after ordering. I chatted by real time email with a customer service person named Camille Tolentino and she was able to apply the additional 10% off to my order after the fact. The process took less than 3 minutes which is exceptional customer service! I look forward to receiving the product as it looks extremely well-made. Thank you Camille!"

Great Customer Service

"I purchased a size large Pup Lounger from Treat a Dog with their 60% off offer in early December 2017. I was very excited! I determined the size for my Yellow Labrador based on their suggested weight ranges for the beds. My dog is on the cusp between sizes, so went with the smaller size. Upon receipt of the bed, following the directions to check the size with the dog before unwrapping the insert, the bed was too small. The dimensions given on the website are the total, outside, dimensions; not the inside, flat portion of the bed where the dog would actually lay. That is, inside the bolsters. So, it was clear I needed to exchange. I emailed customer service and worked with Michelle Figueroa the entire time. She explained I'd have to cover return costs since it was not a quality issue, which I understood. I returned the item via USPS. With the holidays, it took some time to arrive. I checked in a couple of times with Michelle. Finally when my return was received, per my tracking, I reached out to Michelle again. She said my return would be processed soon and I'd get an email with the confirmation. What was very surprising to me was that Treat a Dog was not charging me the additional cost for the larger sized bed. I think that is incredibly generous. If the bed is as good as they guarantee (not to flatten in 10 years), it's very much worth the price. My only recommendations are to ask that customer service be more clear and complete with their communications and maybe provide a Return/Exchange Authorization Number to enclose with the returned item. I felt like I was sending my package without real confirmation of authorization. And I felt that I had to ask a lot of clarifying questions with Michelle to understand how the exchange was going to happen. Finally, adding the measurements of the dog beds inside the bolsters would be very, very helpful to determining what size to buy. Thank you!"

"After having my item for only a few days my dog accidentally ripped it when jumping around in the backseat and they were able to help me replace my item stress free and save my Christmas present from being ruined! I appreciate your help and the great customer service.

Memory Foam PupLounge Dog Bed

"Nice bed for the dog. It took the foam bed a little longer to lay flat after I unwrapped it, but eventually it did lay flat so that I could put it together.

Quick replacement for item damaged in shipment

"We received word from UPS that the dog seat sling we ordered had been damaged in shipment. I contacted Treat a Dog and received an immediate response from Michelle Figueroa in customer service. She said a replacement would be sent to me right away. Michelle’s prompt and courteous response was greatly appreciated, and her professionalism was clearly evident in her response to my inquiry."

Rambo is happy!

"I ordered the bed as a Christmas gift, and followed instructions to let the foam pad decompress, but after 24 hours it still had not! I contacted support, sent them a photo and they had a new one out to me right away! I want to thank Hazel Ashford for her help, Rambo loves his new bed!"

Amazing customer service!

"This is my second purchase of the Pupcarseat Cover. After a year I simply wanted to to get a new one. Upon receiving the second one I experienced some tearing after a few uses at the seams. I contacted the customer service, sent them pictures and they expedited a new seat cover to me no questions asked! I will forever purchase from them, the quality of the material and amazing customer service is unparalleled! "

"My two sons bought the pup car seat protector for me for Christmas. I took my dogs for a ride around the block. When I got back the binding had come unsewed. I sent an email on Christmas Day explaining my situation really not expecting a response for several days Camille Tolentino not only responded on Christmas Day but resolved my issue too.
