"This dog beg was well worth the money spent. It's been a game changer for my 10.5 year old dog. Since getting the bed, he no longer slowly gets out of bed, he jumps right back up like he did wen he was a young pup. After the first wash the cover started to come unsewn, however I emailed customer service on 11/24/17 and Hazel Ashford was able to assist me and was willing to resend a new cover at no charge. If you're thinking of buying, get off the fence and got for it! You will not regret it, and your furbaby will thank you for doing so!"

"I had a minor issue with the beds that I ordered. One of them came and it was damaged and the other was in good shape but too small (I ordered a large which said it was good for a dog up to 100 lbs. My dogs are 80 & 85 lbs and weren't fitting on these beds, they're black labs). Camille Tolentino answered my email request on Thanksgiving day! WOW!!! She got me a shipping label to return the damaged bed and also allowed me to return the other bed so I could exchange them for an extra large.
