"Great product, awesome service! I've spent sooo much money on "cheap" dog beds the must have added up to hundreds of dollars over the years. The Treat a Dog Puplounge is awesome! It has a memory foam bed that is compression packed just like a human bed and the material of the cover and zippers are going to last a LONG time. I had a small manufacturing defect with a missing zipper tooth on mine when it arrived and Michelle Figueroa sent me a new one and let us keep the old one! Thanks!!!"

When contacting the company about the issue, they said that because it was after 30 days of purchase they could neither fix or replace the product nor refund our money.
