"Extreme delay in getting my rain hat in time for my trip.
Their tracking information is useless as it doesn't tell you when it is supposed to arrive.
Tried calling customer service but nobody picks up.
Tried to return item but their website doesn't allow me to print a shipping label as it automatically fills in reason for the return as damaged requiring a photo. What a pain!!

They have struggled with making any correspondence with me regarding any form of information, I must approach them first to receive any form of discussion. I do not see this issue getting resolved any time soon and I hope no one else has to go through this. Avoid this seller is possible."

"I ordered $82 shoes in January with expedited $25 shipping, thinking I would wear the same size as the other shoes I own by the same brand. Wrong, so I initiated the return. The return shipping was $53 (have now spent $160 on the whole transaction). I patiently waited for my refund, but then suddenly in April, the package arrived at my door again, being returned to me. I have paid twice the amount of the original price for the shoes, I still have the problem of the unwanted shoes in my possession again. The company had DHL send me login information to arrange a pickup, but I was unable to print the shipping label, and the DHL person who came to pick it up said I should go to the UPS store. At the UPS store they told me I needed a DHL account number, which the company did not give me, saying I had to talk to the company I was returning the item to. I did this, also requesting my refund, but they said they couldn't refund my money without receiving the item back and said they would have DHL contact me again. That was the last I heard from them, on May 10th. This company takes advantage of its customers: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have already filed complaints with the FTC and the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network, and in my opinion, they should be shut down and severely fined."

"I placed my order on January 24th, 2016 and was supposed to receive the package from Trekkinn between February 5th - 15th to Washington in the USA. My first complaint is that I did not receive any tracking information until February 6th saying that it was in Amsterdam, Netherlands (why did that take 14 days??). February 10th, the USPS tracking system said it was in ISC San Francisco. Then that was the last update and it was supposed to arrive no later than February 15th, which it didn't. As I write this, I am currently still on hold trying to call customer service to receive my package (been on hold for 1:04:19 seconds and still waiting). So my real problem isn't the snail-pace shipping, or the bad tracking, but rather that I have a suspicion that I'll never get to talk to a real person about getting my package as they already hung up on me the first time after I called and waited for 10 minutes. Very, very angry customer and I can't even give Trekkinn a piece of my mind because they won't answer my phone call. In case it matters, I ordered 1 item for $70 - a Montane Habu 22 Litre Backpack in the color Shadow. Order Number: 4697183 and Tracking Number: RS321434439NL."
"Trekkinn.com guarantees the lowest internet prices but you have to jump through hoops to get it. I found their site to be very dishonest with delivery dates after purchase. They sent an email requesting ID or an authorization number (3) times after I provided this information in the beginning. It seemed kind of shady so I cancelled the order. BTW, Campsaver.com did a price match and I got the item $32 cheaper. Arcteryx Theta SVX Jacket $616 total!

"They offered the Arch'teryx FL hardshell for $100 less than anyone else on the web. I ordered it; then came here and started to worry a bit, due to the negative reviews.
I needn't have worried! They shipped within a few days. Getting here (US) from Spain took some time, mainly due to the ineptitude of the USPS. When it arrived, it was just as described.

"I was completely dissatisfied due to false advertising on the delivery date. I purchased a backpack instock with delivery date 17-18th/August. Following purchase my account gave a delivery date of 20-21st /August. Trekkinn explained it was due to arrival at their warehouse on 19th/August! Whats worse Trekinn never updated their website to reflect this delay which is misleading and unfair business."

"Absolutely useless, placed an order and paid £13.00 for next day delivery, was told the next day delivery is after the despatch not the next actual day. My order has gone from awaiting despatch to awaiting stock and I had to go to their website to see that, no email to advise. I just spent 32 minutes on hold and got through to no one so gave up. Sent cancellation email, but if I have to waiting as long for the refund as I have the shoes I will want interest. Don't use, even when I got through to the sales person, she was rude and abrupt, remind me, who is the customer???"
"I have ordered two sleeping bags with delivery date of 7 days. After one month I receive only one sleeping bags and they return me money for the other one. But not for the postage.
They are unreliable and unfair!
