"I ordered a bag a month before traveling. Delivery promised is 2 Weeks. 1 Month later, I have no bag, have left 10 messages, no replies (except the automated rubbish). I no longer need the bag as its too late.
I have been told no Shipping refund...? Customer service on phone promised a call back, I received none. Only Reason I don't need the bag is due to it being weeks and weeks late and I have left the country.
Does anyone have any idea on how to report this scam site? Get full refund?

Decided to return them, followed the return tutorial on their web site, spent $60.00 on postage, item was refused and returned to me after another 4 weeks. Repeatedly called customer service agents, who promised to return my call with a plan to resolve issue, never called back. Working with Paypal to help resolve, WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN!"

The consequence is that they keep the Paypal transaction for several weeks until they ship the products they have, while the faulty purhcase is kept by them. It's one of those places that if everything goes smoothly with your order and you have no questions or don't need any exchanges it's great, but the second that you need to deal with their customer service it's one of the worst experiences you can have with a retailer. Turned out it was on the way back to their warehouse due to being in Jersey and not the UK, in which Jersey is apart of. (I wasn't notified at all of this)
It took several emails to reach this conclusion where the staff wasn't exactly helpful avoiding the question time and time again. I waited another week for my refund which when it was eventually issued lacked shipping costs. "

Worst customer service EVER. No one picks up phone, no one replies to emails, online chats are rude, dismissive, and incompetent. Failed to track parcels- one parcel is still missing and no one is tracking it, one parcel arrived with a much higher price declared for customs clearance than what I paid, so have to end up paying twice the amount of duty. No one seems to care from Trekinn, so once you buy its just fingers and toes crossed ! I can't imagine dealing with them if you receive damaged goods/ warranty issues....so, NOT WORTH THE RISK."

When contacting the service they offered no help just said the package is on it's way. When I requested a refund as I'm leaving for my trip and bought the product I a local store the agent simply left the chat.
