"I like the product but I wasn't happy about figuring out how to put everything together. It should come with some sort of instructions or a site that may be helpful.

Another thing I didn't like was the top cover faceplate. I just figured out how i'm supposed to do it and don't understand why I should have to melt pieces.

Because of that I'm not using the housing, I wish I could, but it's something I don't have the resources to finish putting together.

Also on the top cover, there was quite a thin part and it broke a little.

"I ordered the chrome blue bezel with top piece, what a terrible quality piece, paint chips missing below the blackberry logo, fitment is extremely poor, the top buttons on the 9700 do not work good at all, the only good thing I can say was shipment was fast, and the tools to remove the bb bezel was proper, the bezel itself is by far the worst piece I have ever seen, I do not recomment these products to anyone."
