One problem however, I’ve been attempting to charge the extra battery (Digital Concepts NB-2L22 Lithium Ion Battery) for the past 24 hours, and it doesn’t appear to be taking a charge. The battery that came with the HG10 camera charges fine – no problem. The charge light on the camera seems to continue blinking with the extra battery, however simply doesn’t seem to charge properly.

"This is funny, I sent them an email after my lens came but there was no response to my email. I did however, get an email sending me to this link to take a survey so here I am. My email told them that I was unhappy that my "new" lens did not come with a user manual of any sort. The lens packaging did not look like what it would come in if I bought it directly from Canon. Also, I ordered the camera and by the time I got it in the mail 9 days later, the price went down $20 so I asked if I could please be refunded that amount. No response to that either.
