" Started to put up your flag pole and it only took a very short time. I would say less than one hour
to set it up. I waited 24 hours for cement to harden and put the pole and flags up within 10 minutes.
I saw other flag poles made in China but I could not put up my American made Flags on a pole from China."
"I ordered 12 packages of 4x6 flag material (with our sticks) for a community project that folded the miniature flags (properly) and did a note for deployed troops. I explained when I ordered them I had to have them in three weeks max. I was told they were in stock and it was not a problem. Called back after a week and four days before project. 1st time I was told they were on the way. 2nd time I was told they were being pulled and mailed that day, and they would be flagged for early shipment to get to me on time. A week after the event, I called and was told they were on back order and that they had no recollection of me ever calling. If you have a time sensitive project or order, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Ordered 60 flags to be placed on a Town Island. Found several flags coming off the posts due to staples coming loose. Had to re-staple the flags in question. Time consuming to say the last. Found the posts to be on the fragile when inserting into ground, several broke.
After a week went by, checked the island and had to pull up several flags for repair, staples let go on the flags holding them to the posts again!"
"I'm not satisfied with either order that I received. I thought I was ordering a metal spear when in fact both of them were plastic. I was wanting a metal screw apart spear to replace the broken one on my flag. How do I go about getting the metal one? I don't seem to have any phone number or anyway to contact your company to get resolution to my problem. Please let me how I can return these items and get this issue resolved. Thanking you in advance."

"I ordered Marine Corp flags on 5/21 to be received by 5/25. When I called because I didn't receive them, they told me it was in process. A month later I was told it had been cancelled because it was a month old. No communication at any time. I placed another order and finally got my order a few days later. No where on their website did it say they were out of stock or back ordered. I have no issue with their product, just their customer service."

"Items ordered are back ordered. Called 3 times. Waiting over and hour to get a representative. Still have not received the order after the last call they promised items were in and they would cover the fee to ship priority. Don’t waste your time "
"I ordered a flag pole and flag in mid May but never got any confirmation of the order, though the money was collected. Two weeks later I send an email and try to call (phone system says a 20 minute wait time to talk to a representative) and they never responded. Two weeks later (mid June) I still haven't heard anything and I finally start a dispute with PayPal. Three days later the order shows up at my door, flag pole in a box and the flag literally taped to the outside of the box. Same day, I finally get an email from them saying they apologized for the delay and if I wanted to return the order to please let them know. I respond that I want to return the order and still no response 6 days later. If you value any kind of customer service or communication stay far away from this company. "

"Placed order for large number of flags I put out yearly in my neighborhood with my business card. A while after placing received a message about a "problem with my order".
Immediately emailed back but would not accept my email. Called phone number numerous times without being able to make contact. Finally left message on site and was told would be called in 20 minutes. Never happened.
Called several more times could not get through. When nothing received by Memorial Day checked my credit card account and found it charged to my account. Went downstairs in my house and found box with 1/2 my order. Took it to UPS store who gave me a paper on how to handle a refusal as they could not take it. Got home and found other half of order delivered. Decided to give upo and hold for next year"
"We ordered the wrong size flag and wanted to return and order the smaller flag. We tried the online Return Service but it didn't work. So we called and waited 44 minutes before anyone came on. She was helpful and took care of everything and was going to send us a Return Label (by email), but the label do not come through, so waited a while and nothing, so we called again. Yes, another wait 35 minutes this time. Again very helpful, and she did send a Return Label to another email address. Worked fine and we have returned and expect the replace flag once the return flag is received by you.
You stated several time that you had a NEW Return Website to make is easy on us. But both times they stated that it is still new. Don't say it works when it does"t."
