"Very poor quality make and fabrics. Notice that there are no close-ups of the items. The fabrics are all described inaccurately. The wait time from China is ridiculous to get your order. Mine took months. Beware of their return policy. I purchased a pair of pants in XL which arrived 2 months later with a 20inch waist 20 inches!! An XL should have a 33.5 inch waist
You can pay to return to China, get 50% back as a gift card to buy more of their crap, or keep the item and get a "whopping" 20% back. Just don't do it!! Terrible experience. I suspect all good reviews are produced in-house. "

"I bought clothes from Ursime in November of 2022. It is now the end of January 2023, and I still do not have all the items. There is one item still in transit. None of the items I purchased fit me. These clothes are not what they look like in their pictures, the measurements do not match the clothing you receive, and the fabric is trash. I have emailed asking for a return label probably 10 times, and they say they will send it but never do. I have emailed the customer service email listed on the website, and they don't respond. Do not order from this company! "
"If at all possible I would give no stars and the recommendation to avoid at all costs! The clothing is of poor quality and not like what is described on in the descriptions. Trying to return the items is a total sham!!!! It is almost like an old time car buying negotiation session. I was first offered a gift card for 40% of the price paid and I was able to keep the items. No way would I wear the clothing from there. The material ukases to make the items is atrocious! Email a were sent back and forth offering higher return amounts and I was able to keep the items. I finally sent an email stating I wanted a full refund and I would be sending the items back and I got no response from the company. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general and the better business bureau. "
