Ursime = DECEPTIVE in every way!

"BUYER BEWARE: Misleading photos and product descriptions. I left a negative review 2 days ago on the Ursime site that was REMOVED from the site. The pictures on this website are NOT reflective of the products you will receive. The "beautiful, velvet, embroidered" top pictured that I received is an example. It is not velvet or embroidered, as the picture clearly shows, but it is a cheap, thin, printed cloth and ill-fitting. It is made of thin, slippery, limp synthetic material, sewed like a sack (no tailoring); it just hangs. The colors are not even the same. I guess you could use it as a cleaning rag. The pictures are clearly STOLEN from quality purveyors, like Johnny Was or Sundance, and the descriptions are false. (Velvet? Cotton? Linen? No way.) What you actually receive will be very poor-quality polyester, not even hemmed but just cut along the bottom. (It's clear that the "positive" reviews for these products on their site are phony/scams.)
Returns? Sure... If you are willing to ship this junk back to China at your own cost, which, by the way, is astronomical! he company repeatedly only offers half of your money back as a credit --so you can order more of the same.

But, hey, don't believe me; go to TrustPilot or Better Business Bureau or Reseller Ratings and read the legitimate reviews of this company there.

Just DON'T

"The items on their website are beautiful. The item you order will NOT be the item delivered. The item they deliver might has some distant resemblance to what you see online. It MIGHT even be a similar color - but that's as close as it's going to get.

I ordered two dresses. The first I received what could only be described as a ROBE fit for a human-trafficked streetwalker. The 2nd, a dress that only could be described as vaguely similar to what I ordered (different styles, different cuts, incorrect size, black & white where the photo was black & ivory). The bodice of the one delivered was an empire waist, not a long bodice as in the photo. The neckline of the dress delivered was v instead of straight. I ordered a strapless, the one I received had FOUR straps. The waistline & skirt line were supposed to be asymmetrical. The dress I received had a straight short-waist w/ a straight skirt hem. OH - & it was STAINED with what I HOPE were coffee & not blood stains. The one I ordered was black at the bodice transitioning to a LAYERED ivory tulle-cut in petal shapes flowing down to the ankles (like an inverted snowbell flower). The dress received was black in the bodice, but a SINGLE PIECE of 3-toned dyed tulle running from black to bright white.

To be perfectly descriptive, the online catalog looks like a "Pinterest How To" - the delivered products are the "Nailed It! (NOT)" reality photos. Now, when I'm trying to return it - they are telling me it isn't returnable, even though they claim returns can be made on their website. They are very polite - but inept -or just plain swindlers.
