I ordered 2 dresses, "L" did not fit as they fit big for me. so my mother kept one and wanted to return the other one....Well I email them to get a return label and this is what I got in return "

->If it's too big, could you specifically advise with pictures how to tweak the item so it can fit your body shape more properly?

As of now I am not getting the labels yet to return the dress...SOOO they are waiting for the 3 days expiration date so I would not get my money back !!!

Firstly we are sorry that the size didn't work out. Because each of our merchandise has its independent design and material, with different body shapes, the fit of products at the same size may have various effects correspondingly.
Secondly, regarding the "No response, no label", please rest assured that the customer support didn't intend to postpone the dealing time, asking photo was only to better verify the problem. We hope to get your understanding in this regard. If you insist on returning, of course, you are allowed to get the RMA form and the address.
Thirdly, regarding the issue of charging "5(five times)". If you have been charged 5 times, there would have been 5 same orders got formed upon ording successfully and you would also have received 5 orders. But you only receive one order. This means we only charged once. Everything about money matters and should be seriously treated. We suggest you contact us and inquire about this issue to see more details. (Don't forget to offer us a screenshot of the 5-time charging, it will be very helpful in the investigation.)
Last but not least, given that you didn't like the solution and the communication with the support team, we suggest you contact the customer complaint team to have this issue further resolved. complaint@ursime.com.
