The dress I ordered from a photo in the Ursime site online showed a beautifu, ethnic-looking multi-colored, short drss with ruffles and an intneresting neckline, in gray with red high-light among the colors. The actual item is made of thin, slippery, limp synthetic material, sewed like a sack (no tailoring), it just hangs like an old, used night-gown, the colors are completely different: pale, sickly, and with a tan rather than gray background. "ABSOLUTE RUBBISH The photos on the websites (they are running more than 1 scam company) are lovely. That’s where it ends, if you do receive any items they don’t match the picture, design, quality, sizing. I contacted them after spending a fortune on about 40 pieces of Linen clothing in certain colours and styles. The only small package received was trash, poorly constructed made of satin lining fabric and completely wrong colours (asked for grey - got bright blue tiny slip dress a 5 year old wouldn’t fit in, and if they could get into it the seams were all over the place) The sizing I ordered should have, according to their sizing chart, been very loose on me. I made a number of complaints to vinlady, told them to not send any more rubbish and refund the $1200 AU. Now their service email has been deleted. I have paid by paypal and escalated the issue, I believe it will be the only way we can recoup our money. "

If you have not heard from them within the timeframe, we suggest you check if the email is successfully sent. Or try to contact complait@ursime.com.
2- no response to the request for a refund
If you have awaited your order for quite a while but never received it, there are three possibilities. First, your order has not been shipped out yet. In this case, you can request a refund for the order. Second, it is on its way to the destination. Third, it has been delivered but ran into an unknown delivery exception such as stolen.
