Terrible Customer Service and Quality

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I have given Ursime 2 chances. Each time I purchased, I received something I could keep and then very poor quality/damaged product I needed to return. Each time I tried to return based on their policy. On their website they say if the product is their fault, they will cover the shipping. Each time I tried to return, it was their fault. They have given me the runaround each time trying to tell me I need to pay for postage. They tell me they will give me a fraction of what I paid or store credit. I try to explain how it’s their responsibility and they ignore my argument. They are scammers. They wear you down and say postage is too expensive for them to pay. They are liars and do not care about customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! "

Extremely frustrating

"While they indicate that they will allow you to return items, the process is like from the dark ages. Basically they are making it so complicated, that people just give up. I got to the point where I simply thought to myself that m y time was more valuable than the back and forth emails, and their requirements to take pictures of each step (take a picture of your return form, take a picture of the package, take a picture of the label, etc., etc.) I would suggest that you buy elsewhere. So much easier. "

Please DONT OVERLOOK THIS REVIEW!

" Trust all of us that have rated them "horrible" and are warning you to not buy. This is a scam entity. I have never rated any business this poorly. They take forever to get you the clothes. The quality of the clothes is beyond poor (i.e. strings hanging, poor fabric, cheap quality, etc. etc. etc.). The pictures you see, are not what you get. Their sizes are off completely. And then lets talk about their customer service. You can't call them. You have to email them. They took a few days before they responded and told me to take a picture of each item I don't like and explain what it is that I don't like about them. , when I had said, I want to return them all because of the poor quality, I heard nothing back. I bought 9 items in one order. Did not like any of them. Then after about 10 days, I reached out again, at which time they said, they had already asked me what to do. I responded again, telling that this is only a ploy for customers to not follow up with all of this. I heard nothing. Then I followed up in a few day and then they said, I have passed my 30 day mark for returns. Can you believe that? I responded that I had begun this process within the 30 day mark. That was over 40 days ago, at this point. I never heard anything back from them. I threw their stuff in the trash and I'm out about $400. Their stuff is so bad that I didn't even want to donate it. DON'T BUY FROM URSIME."

Horrible quality and horrible customer service

"I never had experience with company like this… first of all that clothing is horrible horrible quality…. Second of all customer service…. They offer me refund 50% of price i payed….. so to me is steeling money from customers…. They will sell it again for full price to another trust person and make money on items still arround….. what is that…. I am very sorry i purchase something from them…. Process for return is very difficult, make pictures and expalin why where what…. Also with return make all pictures and print it and put it inside the box…. For what? Make it more hard for customers ? This is so sad and disgusting "

I would urge you to shop elsewhere

"The fabric on the items I ordered were exceptionally thin. One item had uneven seams and the colour was a very different shade to the one advertised. Another item was a completely different colour to the item ordered, also it was advertised as a midi skirt , when in fact it was a MINI. Refund for the returns postage was declined, despite having to send the items back for the reason listed. This is OUTRAGIOUSLY poor customer service by a company who does not take responsibility for their own mistakes."
