"This has to be the single worst online ordering experience I've ever endured. I placed an order for a GPS at a good price. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. When I did not receive a shipment confirmation by the next day I tried to contact them by sending an email with Google Wallet. No reply. Next day, sent another email. No reply. Called, got voicemail that promised a reply in 24hrs, no response. Finally got two autoresponses (or canned emails) to my prior emails saying they were researching the matter. Later they say they don't know why the shipper hadn't shipped it and they are contacting them (I thought THEY were the shipper???). And now, after many days I get a email from Google Checkout saying that "Unfortunately, this item is mislisted on our site. We have notified our tech team to correct the issue. We apologize for the late notice and the inconvenience."

Avoid this place like the plague it is. I missed out on another deal elsewhere (Amazon) while I tried and waited for any response at all from these guys. Now I have to pay a slightly higher price for the unit, but also missed out on the 50% off on the map package I need with it. Thanks ValleySeek. A reputable company would have filled the order as it was priced and taken, and fixed the listing. But you have to ignore then yank your customers around. Bad deal all around.

I sure hope you find this review site and read ALL of the bad experiences before you get taken for a ride like I was. Had I seen these reviews they would not have ever gotten the order from me."
