I had to make address change during the weekend. 5 minutes after I purchase the item I change my address and received confirmation from the seller. the item was shipped to my old address and when I was trying to contact the seller they totally ignored my request and never replied to my emails until the moment. also the seller has no phone number to contact them,in the end I had to find the new tenant of my old place and ask him to give me the package.
just be aware in case you will have any issue with the seller you will be able to get there respond "

My response to them - Idiots! The address and credit card information is an exact match! Maybe you should be using Paypal like most normal businesses. A phone call would have been appreciated. I was counting on the product today.

"VERY POOR - slow/non-existent email response. Failed to honor listed price given on Google search which specifically stated NO SALES TAX. I clicked the purchase button before I realized I was being charged tax - me bad. Tried to explain via emails and to get a credit but they are DOA. They never responded to my last one.......btw, Google CheckOut has no real system to deal with this type of problem and they should address this issue."

"I have ordered a certain product and it was shipped as planned. So far so good.
A day before the scheduled delivery day, I have notified both FedEx and ValleySeek not to deliver it the next day, as I won't be at home. Of course they didn't notify FedEx in time. A day after I've contacted them and ask them to open a FedEx claim and ask FedEx to repick the package. Although ValleySeek declare that most support request are answered within one business day, up until now, 7 days later, no one has bothered to answer my request.
All communication is done via email, as they don't provide any phone number.
Luckily, I was able to find the package after my return, but the lack of customer service and poor availability should be of concern to people who consider buying from this vendor."

The lock was easy to install and the key lock (as opposed to a combination) is appealing. I would recommend this lock to others as well as this vendor. "
